It’s within walking distance to most tourist attractions, restaurants, bus interchange and train stations. The rooms are big, comfortable and have great amenities like well-decked kitchen. Netflix and YouTube kept the children and elderly entertained. The washing machine and dryer are fast and efficient.

The steps between the entrance and lobby are challenging if the hotel staff didn’t help us to carry our luggage. Parking will be an issue if you rented a car.

It’s very near the station just a 2 minute walk. A convenient place with clean facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, even prepared what a traveler needs beforehand. The breakfast is also good value.

They don’t have any elevator or escalator from the ground floor to the first floor, where the front desk is. However the staff can help carry luggage.

The hotel is 2 minute walk from Takayama JR Station and Takayama Bus terminal, so you can use it as a base to travel to Shirakawago, Toyama or Kamikochi. Most attractions in Takayama are 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Spacious room, helpful and friendly staff, a variety of free drinks in the fridge, well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, great breakfast. I stayed in 4 hotels during this trip in Japan, and this is the best one!

Really great hotel, in front of the JR station, close to the town, there is a whole set of cooking utensils in the room, you can take care of three meals a day, next door to the hotel is a beef specialty store，Beer, juice, and mineral water are all free in the refrigerator, and oil, salt, and pepper are thoughtfully prepared. Will come again next time，Staff are friendly, smiling and enthusiastic about service

It's a great place to stay, the staff there is amazing. They'll go over and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible, with friendly vibes. I found the location very convenient close to the bus station but also from the city centre. The room was spacious and the bed was of good quality. This was the end of my trip to Japan and the staff was for me the highlight of my stay, I have rarely met such dedicated professionals. The Breakfast was super good! don't miss the pancakes.

I thought it was lacking of atmosphere, I didn't meet any travellers, there was no common space apart from the cafeteria. I chose a hostel to meet other travellers but this was not the right place for that. My room lacked a bit of natural light, but it was still very nice and comfy.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff! The room is clean and well organized, bigger than any other hotels on Japan. they even provide welcome drinks and water in the fridge!

Reception is located on 2nd floor with stairs, but don’t worry, staff will help!

Very large and comfortable room, with all amenities you could wish for in the kitchen. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. We were able to do our laundry too without any hassle. The location was very close to the central bus station where you can take all long distance rides. It's a bit farther from the city center but a very nice walk.

The only annoying thing, and yes this is very nitpicky, was the choice of music in the breakfast room, which it felt like they were playing in a loop. There was a window which was covered by an oversized TV, but it was blind anyway, which was very common during most of our stays in Japan.

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk from the train station. The room was very clean, but it wasn’t cleaned every day we stayed which was ok for us. Room vas huge and allowed us a lot of space to rest. There were amenities of free drinks in the fridge and free coffee during the day. The breakfast was nice, but not very rich.

The entrance for the hotel was in the second floor with no elevator. We had to say ahead of time when we are going to have our breakfast which is a bit inconvenient but manageable. There was no lobby services, etc. as in a usual hotel (but this was expected).

Great location near Train/Bus Station and in walking distance of all the city highlights! The family room had a very generous layout with kitchenette, fridge, Tatami area. Very clean, comfortable and great Pancakes for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff! Complimentary beverages provided in the fridge (softdrinks, water, beer) which is very thoughtful.

The hotel entrance is on the 2nd floor, pls be mindful that you need to be able to carry up your luggage a flight of stairs.
