This hotel is excellent! Beautiful! It is brand new. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is situated at the top of a hill in walking distance (1 mile) to downtown Gatlinburg. If you don’t want to walk you can drive your own car, at the bottom of the hill is a pay to park lot, or you can take the free trolley. There is a stop at entrance to the hotel on the main road. Breakfast was great! Staff was on top of everything! Huge variety and food never ran out. Chef was present every morning making omelets. Happy hour was also great! There were two bartenders working the bar so line for drinks moved quickly. Snacks were great! They had plenty and kept the area clean and stocked. My kids LOVED the pool! It had a large slide, separate lazy river and jacuzzi. Plenty of nice, pool towels. The pool was fenced in which I liked because bears would make an appearance at least twice a day. The kids were protected because of the fence. You WILL SEE BEARS HERE! The staff are trained to keep everyone safe. Rooms are great! My family of 5 fit comfortably in the suite.

I did not like the beds. I felt they were very firm and uncomfortable. To be fair, we have a memory foam mattress at home so we are spoiled. :) I also didn’t like the shower. The bracket that keeps the glass sliding doors stable was broke. The door would constantly drift while showering. It was annoying. Also, no tub. Shower only.

Spacious, clean, comfortable hotel. Everything was exceptional! The staff was very friendly & helpful, breakfast was outstanding, outdoor pools were perfect temperature, plenty of open space to enjoy, great food at bar & restaurants, ice cream store was an added bonus! The activities information office was also a great addition to the hotel. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in our 32 years of vacationing in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge! Will definitely be back! Beautiful hotel & water features!

Nothing we did not like!

Breakfast was good. The mattress was not as comfortable as I like. The outdoor space was excellent. It would be nice if a firepit was located in the outdoor area between the buildings. The staff was very friendly and nice. Great location to the city and main strip. We did not go on one of the tours through the hotel , but talked with people who did and they said they really enjoyed it. We will do this next time we stay. We stayed the last week of April. We had great weather and it was not crowded.

Not a great view for the King Bed Suite, but not that big of a deal.

Absolutely loved the outdoor space with plenty of seating. Location at the foothills of the Smokies was a beautiful setting...pools & lazy river were all located together, which was a huge plus. Kids favorite was the outdoor pool w/slide. Breakfast was good with a lot's of choices. Rooms were large & very comfortable. Very friendly & caring General Manager who talked with us more than once to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!!

No concerns.

The property was beautiful. We loved having access to a bar and restaurant, as well as everything outside—like the hot tub, indoor pool, and fire pits. It was ideal for a family—even though it was cold outside! That just added to the fun.

The only thing I’d say is that the kids got sick of walking after awhile—the property is further up the hill than some other hotel options

Location, the hotel is very nice, clean, staff extremely helpful. The check in/out staff were wonderful, top rate.

Breakfast - food was good but it felt like an elementary cafeteria. Not what we’ve become accustomed to in an Embassy. We had previously stayed in an Embassy in Chattanooga for two nights and the breakfast and area were very nice/relaxing environment.

The breakfast was fabulous. The amenities were wonderful. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a Smokey Mountain theme.

I wish the evening reception would last until 7:00. Particularly because guests usually return in the evening around 5:30 or 6:00. It would give a little more time to relax with family , friends and other guests before retiring for the evening.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property is excellent, clean and well maintained.

This is petty. But the omelette chef dices the ingredients up so small that when they are cooked they become hard and not flavorful. We only did omelettes one morning. The rest of the breakfast was spectacular!

We had a room that the tv didn’t work next day they moved us into a bigger room no extra charge

I ordered food while outside pool took 1 hour for a hot dog other then that was great
