Decor and kitchen was nice. Very quiet but close to main strip. We liked having a home like atmosphere as opposed to a couple beds you get in a hotel room.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and much too flat. Need new ones. The shower knob was confusing in how to use. The light switch in the bathroom also had an extra part next to it we had never seen before and we had to call maintenance when we accidentally turned off all the light in the bathroom due to its design. Explanations and instructions on shower head and warning of light switch in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

The size of the room was great. Bed was really comfortable. Very clean. Location was good. Stairs that lead to town were a bit much for me, but did put you right in the main drag. Nice swimming pool. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. Microwave could stand to be updated, but it was usable.

I did not like that they “upgraded” our room. I never stay anywhere that doesn’t have an outside balcony and my room was supposed to have one. Their upgrade was a jacuzzi tub which took up a lot of space which we had no use for it at all. This was in exchange for the balcony. Not having a balcony while in the mountains was a big disappointment. When I reserve a particular room I expect to get that room.

The location was central to all the attractions. The condo was comfortable, and clean which was great

The only thing I had am issue with was the functionality of the shower. It was difficult to gauge hot and cold and the water pressure was decent but still kind of weak. Also, it seemed that the sofa bed was broken or stuck and we weren't able to pull it out.

The rooms were clean & so was the pool area! Very quiet and close to downtown.

We were told we could trade towels out 9-5 and we went down twice during that time on Wednesday and nobody was down in the lobby. But this was the only issue we had. Everything else was great !

We appreciated the friendly staff, comfortable beds (would have liked to have had a sofabed in the living area), the stairway down to the main level of town so we could walk to daily Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, balcony table large enough for meals, peaceful and near nature yet close to many things to do in the area.

We did have a problem with the toilet in the master bedroom when the tank detached from the base; however, a plumber was called by staff and all was fixed while we were out of the unit enjoying the Smoky Mountain NP.

Everything was great, we walked in and it was instantly homey. We didn't have much to worry about we will definitely be coming back and more prepared. We had like a whole mini apartment in a quiet location was a perfect place for a honeymoon in my opinion

The only thing we didn't like and it wasn't bad at all, but the lady at the desk was like oh yeah we are right on the strip and 2 blocks isn't much at all we just expected it to be right on the strip but it was amazing either way! Oh the jet tub did have a funny smell to it so we only used it for that one time for like 5 minutes

Location ,walking distance to just about everything. Loved seeing the bears just walking around .

Had to change room, eeso it meant we couldnt cook a lot of the food we brought ,so we ended up spending more on eating out. Couldn't sleep late because of the construction,but that wasn't the property fault. Maybe a tv in both bedrooms .

A mother bear and four cubs came by to visit. Earlier that day we went to Cades cove and only saw two turkeys.

There was no staff on the property and we stayed for three nights.

The condo was perfect as far as cleanliness and necessities for your stay.

The location wasn't bad but there wasn't an "easy" walk to the Parkway. The bed was pretty hard. That would be the biggest change I'd make, is the comfort of the bed. I never really saw staff on-site.

Location, size of room, room amenities. The in room jacuzzi was lovely. The full size fridge and stove top made meals cheap and easy. There was an on-site laundry room I took advantage of.

A couple of the blinds where broken, creating a hole someone could see through. The fridge froze the fruit I put in it, making some of it inedible. The toilet was not made for a butt my size. The weather made it impossible to enjoy the lovely outdoor pool that could be seen from my doorway.
