It's brand new, so everything is in good order and clean. It was fun to view the finish-out choices; fabrics, wallpapers, built-in furniture. (I have a real estate background, so it's my thing...) The staff was very friendly. There was someone on duty all night, so I felt safe on the first floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the dining staff was very attentive. A++++ to the dining staff!

I had trouble finding a electrical plug for something.... I don't remember what exactly. I think I needed three prong, and there were only two prong plugs, or vice versa. The fridge wasn't turned on, but I figured that out on my own.

Very nice and clean. The pool is nice, but there is no hot tub. Breakfast is basic but good. The king suite is roomy and comfortable. Beds are comfy as well.

Room by the pool was not quiet, just as a reminder lol We didn't get to use the pool much. A soccer's team of like 30 ten year old boys was there too. Next night, a construction crew having a Fiesta 😆

I like the quiet of hotel room in general except the moment of air conditioner turns on.

I hope there would be some changes on the breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had the same style of eggs in these 5 days. Although I like eggs, eating the same style for 5 days still too much for me.

Great hotel

The hotel itself was excellent! All of the workers with the exception of one were very professional smiling welcoming and nice. Upon checking Mr.Camilo, was not welcoming. He is the first face that you see and he wasn't a good look for the hotel. Even the guess behind us said how disrespectful he was.

Our room was very clean, the bathroom and shower were also very clean as well and the bed was comfortable.

The a/c was a little hit or miss. Was comfortable when it was on, but once it got to temp and turned off it got a little warmer than I would have liked until it turned back on, but nothing too bad. I'm just a hot natured person.

All personnel are cordial and accommodating. Always have a smile on their face and greet you with a smile! From the breakfast host, to front desk to cleaning staff. Bravo!

The price and location were good. I liked the large bottles in the shower.

On the first morning, the breakfast bar and dining area was dirty. Susan showed up on the second day. She told me she just returned from vacation. Susan is a wonderful employee. She had cleaned up and kept the areas spotless. High commendation for Susan.

Everyone was very nice and the room was very clean. Breakfast was very good too. I loved that the parking area was well lit.

Everything was great except the room smelled like stale smoke. Made me sick at my stomach during the first night. I guess I got used to it after that. I suppose I should have asked to move to a different room but I was exhausted.

Helpful staff location - close to citi center, bus and train unique design and vibe of the hostel Good Beds I will stay again

Aside from daily music night, can arrange daily meeting point for solo travelers given the humongous space .....

The women that served the breakfast or very very nice! The front desk was very welcome!
