Renovated brand new room was spacious, well kept and had nice furniture. Equipment in the kitchen was in good condition, the room included even a full-size fridge. The pool area was very spacious and not too crowded. The price for the room was very great and would have been even better if I had company in the same room.

The rooms were pretty hot all my stay with no air conditioning. Reception wasn’t open 24/7 which is good to notice if you arrive a bit later like I did. The location was pretty far away from Playa del Ingles (including Yumbo etc.) and even though the beach route was nice, it affected my trip negatively. I was aware of that when booking and thought it would be doable, but the next time I’d really book closer to the centre.

Nice and quiet complex with 25 beautiful renovated duplex houses, sun all day. Daily cleaning is done extremely well.

What a shame that bar Olga was so fenced in. A wooden fence on the streetside and a glass (not see through) wall on the poolside. So you have no view to the pool. I think this was recently done. No vegetarian options like f.i. veggie burger, only salad. The only thing that is provided in the kitchen is teatowels. You have to buy pepper, salt, oil, washing up liquid and so on. After you leave it is taken out of the apartent.

The property was more than we could ask for. It was modern, clean, well lit, it had all the amenities (including air conditioning, which was much appreciated). The property is 2 minutes away from the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The pool was amazing, the garden was so beautiful, the staff was super helpful, and there is an amazing bar right next to the pool where you can eat and drink for quite cheap (they are separate from the hotel).

The beds were all twin beds and even when you pushed them together they would easily move away. But really that’s the only thing I could say could be improved. And it didn’t bother us that much.

Very spacious! Big living room, good sized kitchenette and two large bedrooms. We didn't realise it came with two full bathrooms as well which was a nice surprise. The air conditioning is wonderful to have and you can adjust the temperature in each room. Definitely a treat with the hot weather in the summer time.

The instructions were a bit tricky to follow when first entering the property as we came after the reception desk closed but sending a whatsapp message resulted in immediate responses which was great. Parking can be tricky! But this seems to be a common issue in high summer season for all the hotels. Patience might be needed but in the end we managed to park :).

The location was great 2 mins walk to beach. About 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars, maybe 20 mins walk to centre of Playa Del Ingles. V

We had an incident where 2 bikinis belonging to our 13 year old daughter were taken from the drying line out the back of the apartment but that wasn't the owners fault

Very affordable and near the beach apartment and clean.

Unclear instructions to enter the facility, both the apartment and front door had number pads which were confusing at first and the first day the lock to our apartment was locked, we had to call the 24h service BC it was at night, to unlock it otherwise we would have slept in the streets.

Pool area wasn’t cleaned after the weekend, empty glasses and bottles were left for couple of days around the pool. Sun loungers were very dusty.

Quiet location with a 10 mins walk in either direction to the hussle and bussle of the tourist areas

Not much really could do with AC but the sea breeze kept the Apt cool
