I loved the design of the rooms, small but had everything, and modern and clean. There was a mini fridge and water kettle, and there was a lift too. Everything was controlled by a keypad code so very safe, and it was literally down the street from Termini which was a great advantage, and a short walk from a lot of major attractions such as Trevi, Colosseum, and Santa Maria Maggiore. There’s also a small terrace we could use, with a coffee machine and microwave, very thoughtful! I highly recommend it!

Rooms are cleaned on the 3rd day, which we didn’t mind much, & the AC was loud, but otherwise it was great!

I had a nice stay in the Green Room, which offered a comfortable bed, long desk, and strong WiFi. I especially enjoyed the Roman Terrace which is shared with other guests. You can choose to lounge in a shaded or sunny area on some comfy garden furniture. There was also a fan, which was a great addition! The staff at the front desk are helpful, and are eager to provide tips and a map to assist you during your sight-seeing in Rome.

The bathroom is very small - the toilet is one step away from the shower and the same with the sink. I would also recommend bringing your own soap due to there not being much of a choice.

Proximity to places of interest, train station, groceries and restaurants. Very very central and you can just walk every where. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. There is a lift which is great esp if you have a big luggage.

Would be better if the room was cleaned every other day at least as we had to request for the rubbish to be collected as there were 3 of us. They agreed though which was good.

- the location of the apartment was great, about 20 minutes away from the major sites like Colosseum and Trevi fountain. It is also very close to Termini station which is useful if you are planning to travel from airport via train or bus and plan on using the metro. - the air conditioner was a savior during our stay as we are not used to the hot weather -the staff was nice and always very welcoming - a great private bathroom - the noise was not as bad as some are describing, the street is not the busiest and the tram passes by very rare, but maybe the sounds were not as bad due to the location of our particular room. The earplugs were provided, but there was no need to use them.

The water in the shower was a bit confusing to understand at first as the warm water starts to flow after a while and even after that, it is warm and not hot.

The proximity to the train station is excellent. The check-in experience was very good and friendly. The room was clean and well lit. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.

The shower is a bit narrow but great water pressure. There is some noise from the street car however with the window closed it was fine.

The apartment met all our needs. It was very clean, good beds, pillows and linen. It had a bar fridge and kettle. Very conveniently situated near the train station and bus and tram terminuses. We could walk to all the main attractions. We needed to leave some of our luggage their for 7 days and they gladly took care of it at no additional charge. We liked the outdoor area where we could sit and have our supper and a drink.

Although people complained about it in previous reviews, the noise of the trams and cars didn't affect us that much since we used the earplugs provided. We slept well every night.

This is just what we needed! Great location and value, and it had a lift available to help getting our suitcases to our room. It had a mini fridge that we used to keep our water bottles cold, and they provided us with earplugs to use at night when the tram would pass by the street.

The bathroom would get very wet with the steam from the shower, and it had some mold spots.

Great location for planning on sightseeing around Rome. Very close to Roma termini and public transport. Easy access to the attractions. The property was well maintained and comfortable stay with family.

No complaints about the well maintained property. Met our Rome visit all requirements with family. However being too close to the Roman termini observed more police movement.

We didn’t book breakfast so no comment. The room was clean, tidy and lovely and warm which was a major bonus seeing as the weather was cold, it was also fairly easy walking distance from most of the sites that we wanted to see and a lot of restaurants nearby. Even though it was in a busy street it wasn’t too noisy. One major bonus only 2 minutes walk from train station.

I had to check in prior to arriving and that website could do with updating, when I had to enter my date of birth I couldn’t just type it in, I had to go back 67 years month by month which is far too drawn out then I had to do it again for my husband, would be much better if you could type it in. I loved the history but did find the City very noisy and not very clean, but that’s nothing to do with Manin suites and people were very friendly and helpful.

The host Alessandro was very helpful and pleasant. The location is close to the train station, many restaurants and the sightseeing, mainly the Colussium...metro nearby.

The room was nice, but the bathroom was very small and tight. The door for the floor on which we were situated was defective and made a loud screeching sound every time it was opened or closed.
