Top location: 2 minutes walking from Roma Termini. Loads of shops and eateries around. About 25 minutes walking from the Colosseo and the Trevi fountain. There is a Carrefour Express @ Via del Viminale and a Penny market @ Via Liberiana. My room was on the 6th floor and there was an elevator. Room was refurbished and clean. Water from the shower was warm. Wall isolation was not good so it can be noisy. There was a water kettle to share in the hallway.

Wonderful location, 2 minutes walk from Termini station. Green line sightseeing bus stops right in the front of the hotel(super convenient). Room was spacious, very clean. Bathroom was spotless clean with hairdryer and all toiletries that we needed. We stayed in January, the room was warm, there are blankets available, but we didn't need one. We will definitely come back!

It was very clean, the rooms were good size and fairly comfortable. The staff was helpful when we asked them something.

There was no internet in the rooms, just in the common area, which also sometimes didn't work. They could really fix that. The location is good, but bare in mind it is close to Termini station and there are a lot of immigrants and people living on the street around the hotel.

Location was excellent for me as I was catching an early train. I had a late check in and the night concierge was exceptionally polite and helpful although under pressure from a rowdy drunk guest. The following morning after checking out they promptly txt me to tell me I'd left my credit card behind. Great team, rooms quiet, warm and clean, rrreeeaaallly comfortable bed and great en suite. Can't fault it.

The neighbourhood looked a little rough at 1am when I arrived but I expected that with such proximity to Roma Termini.

Helpfull and nice service, good price for localization, near station so transport to the airport was quick, clean room with daily service, many restaurants and stores, you could go to the Main atractions in the old city by your foots.

Many homeles near station and not very clean streets but this is not the hotel administration fault

The area is very close to everything, especially transportation, however it is very sketchy with people fighting all the time and sleeping on the street. If you travel as a couple it should be ok, but as a solo woman with a child it was a little scary.

Everything was perfect! The receptionist was very kind,the both of them were so kind. The room was clean and nice,bathroom was super clean. Location is very good,in the middle of the town,main train station Termini is 1 min walk from hotel. Hotel has elavator. You have restaurants ad bars arround the hotel. Great

neighborhood garbage builds up everyday and city can't keep up with it. garbage everywhere

The location was super ideal. Its around 2 minute walk to the train station. There are so many shops and restaurants around. Also there are great restaurant options around for good economical food. The staff was very friendly and nice. They agreed to keep our luggages before and after our check out.

Easy to find. Late check-in, 1.30am, thanks to my late flight. Typical old Rome building, modernised and very clean. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom.

Nothing to dislike really other than no breakfast being offered, bit that's quite common.
