Perfect location - close to most of the places you would like to visit. Very good sound insulation, comfortable bed, everything is clean. The most important thing is the hospitality, the friendliness and the good communication with Sergio and Francesca, who helped us with everything we needed.

Absolutely loved Zefiro Suites. Sergio was the nicest and most helpful host we had through our two-week trip in Europe and Zefiro was super spacious and comfortable given the price and location. Sergio's advice and recommendations were wonderful and we felt really at home. Super walkable to everywhere central and the pier. Really appreciated the mechanised pulley to help bring luggage upstairs and all the advice through the trip.

Would have loved a kettle in the room or common area, since the coffee machine often ran out of water, and I needed a fair bit of hot water on the trip, having been unwell. But this is a really minor thing. Bear in mind that you'll have to climb up four flights of stairs each time. This is a classic European thing though, but just a note.

This is a wonderful B&B. Great location in the centre of the old town, very convenient to get to all the key places in Palermo. I thought the newly decorated room was superb, spacious, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, with a little table and chair for working on your laptop. Great bathroom with big shower, and all the condiments you'll need. Strong Wi-Fi, and great air conditioning, important in the summer months July and August. Outside of the room, there is a small communal area for breakfast and to sit in the hot afternoons. The breakfast was great, and the management were flexible about the menu. Win and her husband Sergio were absolutely great hosts, very helpful, informative, and attentive. This is a superb base to explore Palermo. I very rarely score over 8, I highly recommend.

The location is very good. It is clean and decently maintained. It is on the third floor of an older building, assistance with heavy luggage is provided. Decent breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe. Complimentary tea and coffee are available for those who need them. Owner/manager is even providing tourist information.

There are minor issues that the owner can fix. We self-checked-in and there was no information concerning access to WiFi. So, for the first night, we had to rely on our mobiles. Paying for the city tax was a bit chaotic. Also, the place could use a way to let the hosts know whether you want your room cleaned or not (in our case it was cleaned unnecessarily). For breakfast they issued us each day with a ticket to show at the cafe. It would have been easier if they gave them to us all upon our arrival.

The location is great and you can easily walk anywhere. The room and bathroom (with excellent shower!) were modern and very clean, and the windows soundproof. The included breakfast offered at the cafe downstairs was simple but tasty. Upon arrival, Sergio used an electric hoist to bring our suitcases up to the 3rd floor where the rooms were located, so no need to carry them up.

While the windows were great, the door to the hallway was not soundproof and you could always hear the other guests and their children. It wasn’t a problem for us, but people should be aware that the breakfast is not served in the common room but in the cafe downstairs, so the images on Booking are a bit misleading because they show granola+fruit bowls etc, which are not or no longer offered.

our stay was truly amazing! the owners are just great and very pleasant people! we got a lot of suggestions on places to see, day trips, travel to the airport and many others. location is the best you can dream of - the most beautiful sights are just 3 min away, a lot of food and fantastic coffee options, central train station (if you plan day trips) is close, overall this neighborhood is very friendly. free wifi connection was stable and always available. the breakfast was made upon request at a certain time (8-10 am) and was very delicious! we could also ask to customize it a bit. coffee / tea machine was always available in a public space. check-in after 8 pm was also available and possible for free, we could also leave the bags after check-out. the rooms were clean and I liked the minimalistic and aesthetic design. I can only wish further growth of the business of this location and a lot of fun and success ahead!

our first room, facing the street, was somehow noisy at night (Saturday), so we asked to change it. fortunately, it was possible. the rest of the nights were very quiet and awesome

We really liked the comfy pillows. Usually they are super soft and uncomfortable. Luckily the ones at zefiro were hard. The breakfast was enough and pretty appetizing to kick-start your morning. Other than that Sergio and Francesca are down to earth people who are helping and going to help in any way that you can think off. We had some great tips for some local visits such as bars , restaurant etc... The location is also super central giving you access to any kind of public transportation. Or if you wish , you can also walk anywhere. I can only recommend this place!

Because of the hot summer in Palermo and overall in the world , you have to keep the water on for a while in order to let it cool itself. Obviously it won't be cool as other places due to the pipes.

Everything from the staff who were friendly and professional and totally act as ambassadors of tourism for Paloma promoting places of interest and UNESCO sites from a map that is provided; explaining the breakfast arrangements and showing us the room. Extremely clean, modern room, comfortable bed and pillows, large white fluffy towels, great shower. We had a great night's sleep.

There are a number of flights of stairs to reach the 3rd floor but we were fine with that.

Excellent location. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast very good with choice of Continental (platter of meats and cheese etc) or Italian (pastries). The decor was tastefully done. Bathroom good - shower with strong, hot water.

The stairs would be a problem for people with impaired mobility, very young kids, or having had a bit too much to drink on a good night out. Three flights and sometimes not so easy to delineate each step (I nearly lost my footing on one occasion). I would have liked a couple of drawers in the room.

Staff was very friendly The hotel was a nice surprise, it is like those hotels in Spain in apartments Love the cosy breakfast setting Bedrooms look nice, not sure if it was normal but we even had Netflix on the TV Probably missing a small table/furniture in the shower to put objects on it (like 👓 or our products) The room has a small balcony if you want to sit there and enjoy the sun 1-min walk to the main pedestrian road with many restaurants, a cozy bistro and some small night convenient stores 1-min to reach Via Roma & like 15-20 mins to the bus station 10-min to the main monument and another main pedestrian road

Can be noisy some nights probably because of the bar in the opposite road, but not sure if it happened because of some main city events or not. The hotel is at an upper floor with no elevator, may be an issue for some people. But don't worry for your luggages, they have everything to bring them up and down 👍
