The staff from the from front desk to housekeeping to the food service areas all went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel welcome. The people of Aruba are some of the kindest and welcoming I have ever experienced in the Caribbean. The room was spacious for two people making for an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is actually on Palm Beach not Eagle Beach which is short drive nearby. The beach is lovely, maybe a a few too many boats around making the water a little murky, but again the staff, service, and facilities on the beach and at the pools were outstanding. Renting a car was easy and helpful to get to other parts of the island (San Nicolas, Baby Beach).

Room was very good. Cleaned and well stocked on a daily basis. Beautiful property that was well maintained. Pools for adults and kids very clean. Beach was very close to the building. Plenty of activities available for yung and old. On site restaurants were very good. Across the street from the property is the center of the action with restaurants, bars, shops etc...

The beach wasn't the best we have been to, but the locals explained that was probably due to a large storm a few days prior to our visit.

Very pleased with customer service! Cleanliness and comfort in the room and around the resort were terrific. nice location for walking around the town.

Love that you can reserve palapas ahead of time. However, did not love the claustrophobic feeling of being too far back from the ocean.

Staff were very friendly, the beach and pool services were amazing, special recognition to Raul very friendly waiter that demonstrated huge customer services understanding making our stay amazing, the weather there was perfect.

I think some restaurants options were missing to be more specific only one nice place to have dinner. All others more as fast food restaurants.

Beautiful spot on the beach, gorgeous pool area and a fun slide for the kids, festive outside bar area to sit for lunch with great food and happy hour music. Across the street from restaurants and shops. Hyatt bracelet was so convenient to get into rooms/elevators. Maid service was excellent and they gave us extra coffee and towels everyday. It’s in the details!

Parking lot across the street. Horrendous taxes and fees. When I booked the room the price quoted was $350/night but over $150 per night was added every day for taxes and fees. Unbelievable!

The property itself is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and I enjoyed the adult pool and the beach so close by. Fod was very good as well.

The property is so close to South Beach that I had to request another room on the opposite facing side of hotel bc you can hear/feel the bass from the nightclubs until late into the night/morning. Once I was moved, I slept much better. I also dont like that you have to pay extra for certain pool chairs/daybeds.

The beach was AMAZING!! The staff on the beach was by far the best, couldn't feel more like a family member then what was experienced the past week. Everyone including the wait staff during morning breakfast blew away our expectations.! We will see you in August!

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the pillows were way too soft and the beds needs to be updated. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Resort is very pretty with lovely flora and a koi pond. (We noticed other resorts were more barren.) Room was cleaned very well. Staff was friendly. Parking across the street was free. Hyatt was not far (in car) from some good restaurants in Oranjestad and elsewhere. Eduardo's at the resort next door (Playa Linda) has many breakfast/smoothie options. Starbucks is nearby on the strip.

Loud thumping bass from music started every morning at 9am and didn't stop until 9pm. We could hear it in our room on the second floor if the TV wasn't on, and it was annoying. Less obvious at the beach. We follow the news closely. The TV channels included Fox and very right-wing stations (e.g., OAN) but no MSNBC. We watched CNN but wondered if the liberal station was being blocked, and that turned us off.

Right on the beach, water sport rentals on the property. Plenty of palpas, beautiful pools with a slide. The koi pond was breath taking, the walk from the hotel to the beach is breath taking.

The cost of meals at the hotel were expensive. If you walk into town, you could get meals much cheaper. It costs a lot to take these trips, the hotel should offer food a little more reasonable priced.
