Location is the best! Around all complete shopping and nightlife! Remodeled rooms! Price is very fair, no extra fees or parking problems! No charge for beach chairs and umbrellas! definitely recommend for price,

Pool and pool bar has so much potential, but lacks any invitation! Beach area is very small but atleast they have lounge chairs and shade, really can't complain. If they raise the pricing, mat not be ideal but for now around $135 nt it's worth it 😉 Pillows need to be fuller, so flat, Pool was dirty with paint flakes and chips from obvious remodel but still appeared a bit dirty, needs to be refurbished, hopefully next on list.

Location was incredible. So close to the beach and all of the restaurants/bars which was great as I was travelling with another female. Most of the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had great variety. Beach chairs were also a great addition to our stay.

The room was quite dirty. You could tell the rooms were not cleaned properly each day. some staff were also a little bit rude which was annoying but the other super friendly staff made up for that. I wouldn't say the price of the room was worth it. The hotel looked a lot more modern in pictures.

Staff are warm and wonderful! The location is perfect and the beach is a 3 minute walk. The resort provides a golf cart service and chairs are included at the beach! Pricilla is a beautiful employee who greets you with a smile and makes you feel like family. The coffee shop and mini bar was so nice. The coffee shop staff so educated regarding coffee and the island. The smoothies were delicious and healthy. We walked 5-6 miles a day never needed a car. Shout out to Dwight who gave us great restaurant advice. We did a sunset cruise with Delphi very solid business and so affordable!

For the money we paid it was perfect. They had an issue with hot water but it was fixed.

We traveled to Aruba for a workation. This hotel had great wifi, friendly staff, was clean, rooms were newly renovated, a delicious coffee bar, and great access to the main strip where you'll find restaurants and bars. Everything was within walking distance including the beach. The back security gates opened right into the shopping and restaurant area, which made it easy to get back after a late night. Free parking for your rental. Highly recommend staying here!

The fitness center was under renovation so we didn't have access.

The staff are very attentive from front desk, maintenance and beyond.. Everyone has a smile on their face and always willing to help and assist in any way possible. Jonathan you and your staff rock. My renovated room was beautiful I was even able to previously put a block on the room I requested , which was a plus especially during a high event like Soul Beach Music Festival. This is my #1 place to stay on the island 🏝 . I will always make Brickell Bay my number one place to stay while in Aruba. It is right in the middle of Palm Beach. Entertainment, dining and shopping are nearby and within walking distance. They even offer rides/pickup to the the beach which is directly across the street. Breakfast is offered, for a small cost, at adjacent restaurant, Salt and Pepper. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

The size of the elevators. Wish they were a little bigger to accommodate more people. But they were steady, working and operational. Noise during the renovation was annoying but not a deal breaker. You have to make noise to renovate, dah.

Loved the location,staff & pool area were always on point.

We didn't have a modern room(which @ first was nothing to us) but at night,we realized the tv didn't work. We went downstairs & reported it. Someone came up,tried a couple of things then told us,yes there was something wrong. We thought that they would offer another room or at the end of our stay offer a small refund.

the staff, the location, the atmosphere. This hotel is a good value for money, has its own amenities on the beach, free to use, everything is walking distance, from parties, shops and restaurants. the staff especially Roxana were helping me book cruises and other trips, always being friendly and making sure guests enjoy their stay

Location was absolutely fabulous, two minutes from the beach, where sun loungers and clean towels were applied free of charge. The hotel's greatest asset is undoubtedly the staff. Always smiling and helpful. Tell them so, they'll appreciate it! Beds were super comfy in the Superior king sized room. Air-conditioning worked well, and the room had a dehumidifier - handy tip, Aruba is super humid so you need to empty the dehumidifier reservoir yourself, the cleaner's do it once a day but you need to do it every four hours. Breakfast was quite varied but cycled through three day choices so was a bit boring by day 15. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, if a little tired.

The hotel is a little tired, but that's reflected in the price. A premium hotel in the same areas going to cost you three times the price and TBH those girls are super bustling around the pools and bars. Breakfast was served in paper plates with disposable cutlery, certainly a throwback to COVID-19. I've stayed in Hilton's with the same hygiene policy but to some it works seem cheap. I've read reviews about noise from the nearby nightclub, true there was some music but it wasn't intrusive as long as you stay on the front of the hotel, I can imagine the noise to the rear may have been much worse.

alot of resturants in walking distance, pool bar was fantastic, Andrea the bartender was super special. my cousin and I were the on ly ones in the pool. we wen t to the pool every dad-the beach once. all the staff were totally helpful. they really watched over us like we were family. as long as it stays adult only with the pool bar no daubt we will be back
