Right from the outset - when booking the room - every aspect of this stay was exceptional. The host was genuinely and properly interested in us and why were in the area and catered for our needs with this knowledge in mind. We parked on the property's driveway, there was a personal welcome note pinned on the front door on arrival but almost immediately the host joined us and helped us carry our luggage to the room he had allocated. Very soon afterwards he offered to move us to a larger room which was available for the whole of our stay.

I can see that pre-ordering breakfast is very helpful for the host but sometimes I find it difficult to make food choices several hours ahead. However, I am happy to comply when everything else, as here, was so very well organised and I'm sure that any change to our original choice would have been accommodated.

A beautiful well decorated property with nice en-suite facilities. The rooms were large with a super comfortable bed and homely decor. An interesting but lovely feature was the tea and coffee making facility in the room were neatly and accessibly kept in a light up cupboard. The pictures on the walls filled the entire house with personality. The hosts were so friendly and provided beautifully cooked and presented food in the kitchen room. I felt as if nothing would be any trouble if I asked for it and they were genuinely interested that your stay was a good one. Our rooms were serviced daily and this made the our stay even more welcoming.

a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the country. very comfortable and well appointed room (nice art on the walls too!) Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble (popped my pushbike in the garage on the days i didn't ride) wouldn't hesitate to recommend Llety Brynawel :0)

If you have a "fruit based" phone, it will send you to a hedgerow a few hundred yards out of the village. Don't get me wrong, it was a lovely hedgerow, but Llety Brynawel is in the village on the right as you're heading to the hedge and is much nicer

Warm welcome, comfortable room and lovely breakfast. We have stayed previously and would highly recommend it. Welsh speaking owners with a genuine Welsh flavour to the place particularly the textiles and modern Welsh art on the walls. On the Coastal Walk and close to Aberdyfi and Machynlleth. A beautiful unspoilt part of Wales. Highly recommended

Nothing to dislike. I would highly recommend it. We have enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. I can't think of anything negative to say about it.

What a place! All thought through to the smallest detail, 15/10 for keeping it well looked after and so cosy, we really enjoyed it. The property itself is amazing, the rooms are very spacious with great deco and equipped with all you might need. All of this thanks to Corina & Glyn, thank you! Don't think I can really describe it in a better way than ... just go, you won't be disappointed.

Nothing to say here, sorry not sorry!

The room was a good size, tastefully decorated and the real and coffee facilities were great. There was a self service check in, which made everything straight forward. The breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, but the quality of the ingredients were to a high standard. The avocado and salmon on toast is excellent Also both hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming

The mattress wasn't the best, I slept well, but my friend did not.

Property finished to a very high standard, immaculate cleanliness throughout, beautiful location with a short walk to a lovely local pub serving great evening meals. Glyn and Corina are great, attentive hosts serving up a delicious breakfast with high quality ingredients. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they set up the garden furniture for us to finish our breakfast tea and coffee outdoors.

The mattress in our room wasn’t to our standard, however, this is purely our personal preference.

Our room had everything we could possibly require for during our stay. A lot of little extras such as hand cream, shampoo etc. Thick white fluffy towels. A great choice of teas coffees and hot chocolate, coffee making machine. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much. Breakfast was amazing, good quality food and plenty to choose from. Off road carparking was very convenient. A lovely garden to sit in if it had been slightly warmer. Everything from booking to checking out was fast, friendly and super efficient.

Having to leave.

The property was very appealing and had a modern twist that we liked the hosts were very friendly and recommended somewhere to eat .The location was excellent especially as we were attending a wedding only a short distance from the venue .

The only thing that we found challenging that the bed was a deep sprung bed and every time we moved the springs twanged and I found it quite uncomfortable as felt digging into me we slept on top of the quilt the first night .

A very pleasant guesthouse in a quiet village in beautiful rural Wales. Exceedingly well appointed, all finishes and fittings new, of high quality, and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, great towels. Fascinating art collection to enjoy. Excellent breakfast just to complete a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
