The staff was very friendly, ensuring I had everything I needed.

My timing was poor as I stayed the night of a live band - but, the band was very very good! It is a lively pub and I knew that when I booked it - so no regrets.

Breakfast was good, evening meals were really excellent, great value too. Location was smack in the middle of town, couldn't be better. Parking round the back, several other pubs/ restaurants within a couple of hundred yards. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, I immediately felt at home. Room was... quaint. It reminded me of staying at my granny's as a kid! Not posh, a pretty tired old building tbh, but loads of character, I loved it but if you're expecting a Premier Inn, you've come to the wrong place.

Be prepared to have two sweet little spaniels stare at you while you eat 😅 The owner did ask if I wanted them away, I said they were fine,

It was great value for money, staff were good fun and chatty, who we believe was the owner, Dave, had a good honest chat with us in the morning, cooked us a fab full English breakfast, my wife is vegetarian and that was no problem so a full vegetarian bekky for her too. Dave gave me a second key to our room as I was staying with a pal for a few hours for drinks and get togther, I knew I wasn't going to get back to the B & B until the early hours, Dave was more than accommdating and welcomed me in at around 04:30. Looking forward to going back in the New Year.

Nothing, absolutely nothing!

The property is really lovely. It is vintage there is a file in the room that tells you all about the heritage of the property and the people who owed it through the ages. Also about the history of Wellington. The decor is very much in time with the age of the property. The people were very obliging and friendly. There was parking in an enclosed area which was super too. The breakfast was really great. I really enjoyed my night there . I had my small dog with me. It’s a very dog friendly property. I would definitely recommend.

There was nothing to dislike 😁

Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious. Staff were lovely. Car park and beer garden great. Dogs made welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area. Even Friday night disco didn't disturb us too much

The shower in the ensuite was a bit rubbish, poor water pressure which caused temp control issues. And there was a poorly placed bookcase in the way of the room door which made carrying stuff in and out of the room difficult.

Good Full English Breakfast, well-appointed room, clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Plenty of beer-drinking buddies at the bar.

Way too loud on weekend late nights with party pals and drinkers. They need to include a map of Wellington with services shown, such as grocery stores, coin-operated laundromats, bus stops, etc.

Everybody was very friendly, Dave the Landlord got in my Dads car in the carpark a couple of streets away to show us the way to his pub carpark! How kind & helpful! The pub is quirky & full of old artefacts. Great beers & gin! Food was very nice, we were all eating different diets eg; vegan, vegetarian etc & they catered for all 4 of us perfectly! Beds were so comfy my Mum is looking for a new softer mattress at home now as she hasn't slept that well in years! 😃 Shower was perfect! The garden is large & beautiful too.

Nothing not to like!

The accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfasts very good, the staff welcoming and helpful and the location was just perfect.

We were not prepared for the evening entertainment/live bands in the bar which went on until 1.00am - but it was a weekend! Ear plugs helped and we did had comfortable sleep.

The staff members are dedicated to ensuring your needs are met promptly and efficiently. From check-in to check-out, you can rely on the professionalism and expertise of Vintage staff and owner , who strive to create a personalized and welcoming environment. It was home away from home. It was like visiting family. I would recommend vintage to anyone who wants to have a good time while away from home. If you are in Wellington Somerset at Vintage you get both a good time and sleep.
