The location of the property is excellent - right opposite Earls Court Station which is a perfect station as a traveller as has easy access to Heathrow and also has lift access to all platforms. Despite being in such a busy location the rooms are quiet and extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the fact that the theme of blackbirds is consistent throughout the hotel - with my room having pictures of blackbirds and even a blackbird tile in the shower. The attention to detail in the room decoration is amazing. Love that each room is given a name rather than a number. A great breakfast is included and it starts early which is convenient whether you are travelling for work or leisure.

I normally do not take the time to do reviews, but here it really is necessary: the people throughout the place were all so friendly and welcoming in what I thought a sincere way and there was a homey feeling, even though it actually belongs to a huge multinational company, you would not believe it when you come into this quaint small place.

The hotel is excellently located and a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the city. It is also right opposite the Underground, with the Piccadilly Line taking you straight there from Heathrow, which makes for stress-free arrival and departure. We had a small room but it was just right for our short stay, considering we didn't dwell inside but spent the whole day in the city. Breakfast was lovely and very well cooked. The adjacent restaurant serves delicious food, the venison shank being a standout. Finally, what made our stay so memorable was the friendliness of the staff, who are incredibly service-oriented, kind and forthcoming. We really appreciated that a lot.

London establishments in general take their fire doors very seriously, but with an already small room, having to open a second heavy door right after the entrance door to your room was a little bit annoying.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in London. Small, boutique-style, the rooms are cozy, the beds are very comfortable, everything is clean, and there’s coffee/tea available. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from a metro station, making it very quick to get to the city center. The bathroom is equipped with everything you might need. The staff is very polite and helpful. There’s a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and beer located just below the hotel. I highly recommend it.

One thing that left a negative impression was that the hotel gave us a card for a 15% discount at the restaurant, but even though I mentioned it to the waiter, who knew us well by then, he didn’t apply the discount. It was disappointing, but it didn’t spoil my overall impression of this lovely hotel.

Rooms were clean, had a work space, coffee machine, refrigerator, with plenty of toiletries. Also, the rooms were tidied up daily which was a nice surprise. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great. Morning breakfast was delicious with many options. Location could not have been better being so close to the underground station. There was a grocery store across the street and many restaurant choices just a few steps away. We ate at the Blackbird restaurant and enjoyed the food and local beer. If I’m in London again, this is where I’ll stay and I will highly recommend to all!

We've stayed at the Blackbird before and this stay mirrored the good experience we had last time. The location is great (close to Earl's Court tube station), and we love the area (we'd live there if we could afford it). The building is quirky but comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The bed was comfortable and the shower efficient.

We didn't book a table for dinner as we didn't think that Tuesday evening would be busy. Believe them when they advise you to book in advance! Happily we found somewhere else and had a good evening, but it's better to take the advice. Quite expensive, but no more so than other comparable properties in London since Covid.

A very nice small hotel. Our room was quite small, but it was not a problem at all, as it was very cosy, stylish, we felt very comfortable there. There were complimentary coffee, milk in the fridge, water and beer, a nice touch. Breakfast was freshly made to order and really good. Location is great, literally few steps from the tube station, with lots of restaurants and shops just around.

Cozy room (we even got an upgrade!), clean and quiet considering how great the location was. Super close to the tube station, bus stop in front of the hotel. The neighbourhood is great, you can have a stroll around Chelsea and Kensington Palace is within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Amazing breakfast (small buffet plus you can order one item from the menu, I got the English breakfast every day and it was great). Welcome drink in the pub and discount on the food.

The staff in the pub could have been a bit nicer, but that's all. Staff for check-in and during breakfast was very nice, so maybe we just had bad luck the night we had dinner there (the pub was packed, so maybe that's also why).

Very good location, cozy rooms, comfortable bed, linens and towels of great quality, the decoration of place seemed very well thought through. really good breakfast with vegetarian alternatives. A big plus to have a pub with good food right downstairs. Very helpful staff.

Nothing that I didn’t like; rather small details that kept me from rating a full 10: 1. Shower - took a very good while to get something else than cold water (I enjoyed it but my husband wanted warmer water) 2. From an environmental point of view; I’d prefer to have dispensers with quality shower gel and hair products rather than small bottles. Too much plastic. I do get that it might feel more “luxurious” but you can find gods branded products in bigger bottles .
