The standard of the room for the price paid ,, very good value for money

No refilling the water after the first night , when requested the room to be cleaned

It is really a newly renovated hotel.

It was 1-2 days not the best cleaning in the room.

Great location, brand new, very cheap for hotels of equivalent style and location. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Only thing I would say is how it wasn't 100% complete from the refurbishment and there was some noise on a weekday morning we stayed but nothing too unpleasant. Plus I think it will be complete very soon, so I wouldn't steer away from booking for that reason

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The underground (metro) is very close to the hotel, and brings to the city center and airport quickly.

Location is great. A minute walk to Earl's Court tube station. I last stayed here in December 2023 and actually rebooked by accident, but I'm so glad I did. Last year it was dirty and grotty, now it has been totally transformed! The rooms are new, spotless and lovely. The bathroom is small but also brand new. The decor feels very luxurious and they've even installed a lift since my last visit. With the close proximity to a tube, some shops (M&S food at the end of the road), and some great pubs that serve lovely food, I'll definitely be staying here again.

There are cheaper places to stay in London but that doesn't mean they're any better. Rooms are slightly on the small side but totally fine for a couple or friends.

Everything was exceptional—from the location to the service and the beautifully refurbished rooms! It truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is just a minute's walk from various coffee shops, pubs, stores, and a tube station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone staying for a short period. I visited the Natural History Museum and, to avoid the crowds, enjoyed a pleasant 15-20 minute walk back to the hotel. The recent refurbishments are very noticeable—everything from the rooms to the lobby is fresh and inviting. It’s nothing like the older reviews I read before my trip, where people had complaints about the rooms. This hotel is genuinely excellent now. A big thank you to all the staff who made this experience so lovely!

Everything was great!

It was newly refurbished and the decor was stunning, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with an early check in and minding our luggage after we checked out. The bed was really comfy and we could log into our own Netflix account on the tv, fully stocked coffee station, fridge with water and a safe. The location was great with a station less than a 5 minute walk away(also next to Dunkin donuts and Taco Bell so plus for that)

There was construction happening across the street in the morning time around 8am, obviously this isn’t the properties fault but it wasn’t brought to our attention prior to our stay. I stayed in December 2024 so it may not still be happening.

Exceptionally clean. Excellent facilities - fridge, safe, kettle, full length mirror etc. Clearly recently refurbished. Finish and fit out of the rooms was very high standard, better than some much more expensive hotels.

Rooms are small. I booked a small double for 1 person, if there were 2 people, you'd be bumping into each other. Also, bathroom small (but excellent). A very large person would struggle. For 1 medium sized person it was fine!

Lovely hotel near Earls Court tube stop. Very comfy mattress, nicely decorated and convenient location for central London. They have a lift(!) as it's been renovated, so very convenient for travelers with bags.

They have rooms in between floors so if you have a big bag, request a room where the lift actually stops so you don't have to carry it up/down stairs.

The property was only a short walk from hype park and the Natural History Museum which was the reason we picked the hotel. It was easy to find and friendly with our 2 children. We paid £88 for 4 people including breakfast which is an absolute bargain and we were on a tight budget so this suited us very well. The hotel is not the ritz and if you go expecting to get a 5 star hotel for £80 then you will be disappointed. You get what you pay for and we paid for a bed and somewhere to keep our stuff while we walked round the city. We got a double bed and 2 single beds for our children, there was enough room and they love the balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided along with a fridge and sink which is more than expected. Towels and shower facilities are in the room which is good for the price you pay. Breakfast will what you would expect cereal, toast, tea and coffee. It was better than having to walk 2 hungry mardy kids round to find a breakfast spot that suited everyone.

It was warm during the night but a fan was provided and the windows opened.
