The Location is perfect. The Hotel is very clean with a very modern decoration. The staff is friendly. The room is very clean with good facilities inside. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast we did not have it in the hotel but elsewhere, I can't give my opinion. Overall if you are staying for 1 night, it's absolutely fine, which was our case.

We booked a deluxe room, which was supposed to be a king-size bed due to the special price with Booking.com- well, it wasn't the case, I'm afraid. It's a double bed. The room was not massive but not small either at least we had the balcony which was nice with few amenities. I guess thats what they mean by Deluxe 😒. Do not expect big rooms in this hotel. The building you can feel has been completely renovated and adapted with a modern feel. The sink of the room and I believe of many other rooms is absolutely awkward! I do believe is not very safe while you try brush your teeth etc... you could hit your head against the top side. So be careful folks!

The hotel and the rooms were nicely renovated and the staff was pleasant, breakfast was tasty, location was good.

There was no heated floors in bathroom. It was a really cold floor in the winter and the water from the shower would stay on floor and no slippers either. The breakfast variety is far from Scandinavian standard. The placement of electric kettle was weird, because it was nowhere to plug it in. The usage of space in the very small room could have been done a bit better by designers, the was no space for luggage.

And Santa great location close to the metro and services. The neighborhood is very nice. The hotel is well designed and the room is very nice especially the bathroom. The staff was very responsive.

The room is on the small side. The lights are hard to figure out we had purchased the bar. My son fell ill and couldn’t eat the breakfast and they still made us pay for the breakfast as they said, that was their policy and the 15 pounds was not reimbursable. I was unhappy with this and ultimately they made us some food to go, which I did appreciate very much.

Staff was amazing, location was perfect, room was spacious, spotless and included amenities such as a kettle and iron. Could add a hairdryer however

NOISY room right next to reception (could even hear the staff talking!) inconsiderate guests (women stamping on their heels whilst walking down the corridor, other guests dragging luggage loudly on the wooden flooring, others coming back late and laughing/talking at the top of their voice!

On checkin the reception team were excellent! There was a lovely lady in particular that went over and beyond for us. We had just got off a 25 hour flight and I was made a coffee while they finished organising our room. We got to check in early which we were so grateful for. The high ceilings and period features were great. The room was just right for our party of 3. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast and the lovely reception area with the Christmas tree!

The only negative and it’s a very small one would be the bathroom sink area not much space for toiletries etc. The shower though was amazing!

It’s my second time staying in this hotel, I really liked it, the staffs are all nice. Great location as well, I always go to London for business and visit family, so I was looking for a nice hotel so I could go there often.

This time I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeper, they did not really clean the room properly, I stayed there 11 nights, they did not change the sheets even once, in the past if I left my pajamas on the bed, they folded it on left it on the pillows. This time they just covered it. They didn’t hoover the rooms. I really like this hotel, but this time I was a bit disappointed. Hope they can improve this part.

The room was small, however very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. Location was ideal for the Tube station, to be able to get around London.

The flashing bright white light on the smoke alarm, at night it made it a-bit difficult to get to sleep; could it be a more diffused light.

The room was clean and had everything I needed in it. The location is perfect. And it is in a very safe neighbourhood.

Although we booked an Executive Double Room, we were assigned a room in the basement, which sems to have a slight odor probably due to ventilation issues. And, reception staff help us change to another room of same type with nice balcony starting from the second day. I really expect no basement room considering how much I paid for executive double room. The bathroom sink is designed as a narrow square, making it difficult to wash one's face, causing water to splash out extensively. Washing one's hair is practically impossible. This design looks cool, but is lack of practicality. The room, the lift, the corridor are all small. This is all probably indicative of any London hotel at this price point, but I had expected a little better.

Location is good, very close with underground station. The hotel manager is very good person. She gave me and family free breakfast after we face some issues with the room which make us move rooms 2 times.

Rooms bit small for family of 3 adults especially with big luggages. Should be okay for couples. Also when the first time we asked for room change, the staff did not show us first the room so we ended up of getting much smaller room but after asking another room change we finally get better room. This time the staff did show us first the available room to choose.

It'd a great location, with a lively neighbourhood & 2 minutes walk to the Tube station, with a Boots & Co-Op just round the corner. . Staff efficient, friendly & willing to go the extra mile. They are presented professionally & wear appealing uniforms. Nice, all you can eat buffet breakfast, pleasant lobby & impressive exterior facade. Morning newspapers provided free for guests.

The problems are the usual London Hotel ones- access to the Reception area is steps only, so if you have weighty luggage that's a last difficult hurdle- a ramp wld help. This particular lift is only a 2 person size- & that's with no luggage! Luckily the staff offer to bring yr bags up or downstairs. I had requested ( & paid for) a double room but the bed was right up against the wall and the bathroom was tiny. I am petite, yet trying to manoeuvre within the wedge shaped cubicle was an issue, as were the all black handles, which were initially difficult to navigate. WiFi connectivity kept dropping out & needed to be signed in for regularly. This could be a locality problem, however, but was frustrating.
