We stayed here once before & came away hugely disappointed, however we decided to try again & were so pleased we did. This time our stay was fantastic! A lovely room, plenty of space, tea & biscuits provided, a nice tv & a very comfy bed. We'd definitely return!

The bathroom, though served it purpose, was very small. When sitting on the toilet, our knees were under sink & it was a small gap between the sink & the shower. However, these were minor complaints & not worthy of complaining about. Staying on the basement level, you could hear a low rumble of the underground trains when awake, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

Location, very quiet area .Good selection of restaurants and pubs within walking distance, Tube station 2 min walk away. The hotel is very peaceful and welcoming cosy bed. Home from home.

We recently stayed at a hotel located incredibly close to the action, just less than 3 minutes away from the tube station, making it an ideal spot for those looking to explore the city with ease. The location is perfect for food lovers and night owls alike, nestled in the vibrant vicinity of Earl's Court station. We were delighted by the variety of dining options available – from cozy cafes to international cuisine, there's plenty to choose from. And for those looking to enjoy a traditional British atmosphere, there's a charming pub right on the corner that shouldn't be missed. Whether you're here for the sights, the food, or a bit of both, this hotel's location offers the best of both worlds.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, we encountered some inconveniences regarding the bathroom facilities. The bathroom size was notably small, presenting a challenge for guests who may be larger than average. This was further compounded by a disproportionately large sink that dominated the space, limiting movement and requiring us to leave the door open to change comfortably. However, it's worth noting that the shower facilities were excellent, with fresh towels provided daily and a reliable bed-making service, ensuring a level of comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay.

When we first arrived the staff were super friendly and accommodated our early arrival and check-in. The room was clean and perfect for a 2 week stay. Location was amazing! we were a 1 min walk from the station.

The only thing that stood out was the elevator was out of use for a week so we needed to climb a few stairs. But staff made us aware from the beginning and sorted the problem as soon as possible! If anything its good for a little exercise.

The room was as in the booking description. The staff was friendly and helped with everything I asked for. The location is great, quiet area, close to the tube. There are many cafes and also supermarkets around. The noise of the tube didn't bother me at all. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities. Yes, the room is very small, but this is also something that is written before booking. What was not comfortable was the sink, very uncomfortable to wash your face. There was some mold in the shower. Full value for money. My stay was comfortable and pleasant, many thanks to the hotel staff.

The air conditioner enters ventilation mode every ten minutes and does not return to cooling, only if restarted. The sink is uncomfortable.

Location, 2 minutes from tube and buses. Ability to open the window (noise doesn't bother me), loads of storage space in room. Able to store luggage. Lots of eateries within a 5 minute walk. It's quite basic but I've stayed in 4 star hotels that have been worse.

Not a deal breaker, but bathroom was a little bit small, and I had to use the chair as a bedside table due to layout of room. Better lighting in room would be good, it only seemed to be on one side.

Great location and nice little budget hotel . Beds were comfy and had a nice shower ! Great for a one night stay . Tea and coffee facilities as well as biscuits !! Highly recommend as close to tube at Earl’s Court !

Room was quite small but it was cosy and comfy . Breakfast was basic but did the job !

Amazingly convenient location. Not even 2 minutes from Earl's Court (direct connection to Heathrow via Piccadilly Line). Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was suitable for a weekend stay, nothing per se to complain about (typical British hotel with certain age). Generally a nice area and a lot of things to see/do in walkable proximity. Enough power sockets throughout the room.

The walls of the shower could have been cleaned more properly. Be aware that the bathroom for single rooms comes by quite small.
