Our stay at the Blisstanbul Hotel was marvelous. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and they assisted us to find commuting options into the city as well as arranged a taxi to take us to the airport the last day. They recommended places to visit and even helped us with our pronunciation in Turkish for the couple of sentences we were using when going around the city! :) The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and we had unlimited supply of coffee, tea and water bottles, which were essential in the warm weather. As we were staying for quite some time, and as due to the Eid al Adha festivities the hotel was quiet, we were given a room upgrade, which we really appreciated! Although the hotel was away from the main touristy places it was really well communicated by a metro line and several buses. The neighbourhood was a modern area which lots of shops and restaurants. We really recommend staying in Blisstanbul if you are visiting the city. We will again choose this accommodation when we are back in Istanbul.

Included breakfast and the usual restaurant menu at the hotel weren't as varied and unfortunately didn't give much chance to try as many Turkish delicacies as we would find elsewhere. The hotel has many floors and there is only one lift for guests, which made going up and down the 5 floors to our room a bit less comfortable.

All recommendations for the hotel. I traveled alone and the staff are wonderful, friendly, and available 24 hours. They gave me a better room, it’s cleaned every day, and it’s very tidy. I highly recommend this hotel, and when I come back, I will definitely stay here again. The location is on a busy street, close to Taksim.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, big and very clean(!) rooms, great shower and very nice restaurant. Also price is more than fair.

2 things that made the stay less than perfect are - noise, the acoustic is not so good, so if you have a loudy neighbors this might be a problem. Also - some pillows are quite old.

one drawback is a very slow internet

Its our 3rd stay here in Blisstanbul, and we love it very much! The hotels location is perfect, near to metro and bus stations (10 mins to taksim with bus and 2 stations with metro), cevahir shopping mall, the staff is very kind and lovely people especially Veis bey who helped us with our own mistake with booking. The rooms are clean and ours was double so it was a lot of space! 10/10 recommend, this price for this area and hotel is very good! We will definitely be back!

There was not much toilet roll . We even asked for toilet roll but they gave us few napkins and rejected our request to give more. Unfortunately toilet paper was the only issue and for this simple reason I won’t give them 5 star

The location of the property is excellent. The manager is very approachable, hospitable and resourceful. He is forthcoming to all requests and is always ready to find a solution to all problems. As regular customers, we received a free upgrade. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. It is an excellent value for money.

The only thing that can be improved is the replenishment of toiletries, such as shower gel and toilet paper. We had to remind the housekeeping to do so. But when we did, it was done immediately.

Everything was great! Room very spacious for Istanbul. Staff amazing! Very friendly and nice. Rooms clean and look relatively new. Location close to M2 metro. My room was looking out on the street which can get noisy but it did not bother me. There is a mosque nearby and there is a call to prayer early in the morning, but again I was not bothered. Overall great stay and will definitely be back.

Centrally located. Close the metro. Staff know me, and they always have a nice personal approach. It has a lovely adjacent restaurant with a courtyard terrace. A rare thing in Sisli, Istanbul. Some rooms also have balconies.

There was a bit of a delay with the taxi I pre-ordered, but that was a minor inconvenience. There was plenty of time at the airport. Always ask what the agreed upon price is for a transfer hotel-airport.
