Excellent Nothing was wrong

My age 66 And you put me in the annexe on the top floor, it was not a comfortable journey at the end of a long day for either of us plus breakfast was a journey if my stay would have been more nights I wouldn’t have stayed it that room!!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was in a quiet street with a park across the road. The hotel was only a short walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations

The breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests.

The Judd is a bit of a hidden gem, tucked away in a leafy side street right near King's Cross St Pancras station. Some excellent pubs and restaurants are just a short stroll away, yet it is remarkably quiet, given its central location. I cannot praise the staff members at reception enough; they were so welcoming and friendly, even though I checked in and out at unsociable hours. They went out of their way to arrange a breakfast bag for me, seeing as I would miss breakfast service due to an early checkout. A big thank you! I highly recommend the Judd to anyone looking for some old-school charme with a contemporary touch right in the heart of London.

The location is top, 5 minutes walk from King’s Cross and 15 minutes walk to the west end. The room was large and comfortable, good lighting, private bathroom, fast WiFi , very clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was amazing, everyone was very kind and genuine

My room had old single glazing sash windows and there was a draft, it was a bit cold, it was colder in the room than outside in the corridor even with the heating on. The safe was large enough for our laptops and docs but it was on the floor in a dark corner which meant we had to get on all fours and even lower to use it and use our phone flashlight to see what we were doing. Odd place to have a safe.

The hotel is in a great location - close to all forms of public transport that will take you anywhere in the city. Our room was exactly as pictured on the photos. The staff was amazing, the receptionist who checked us in was very kind and accommodating and overall all the interactions we had with any of the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good with a sufficient selection of hot/cold and sweet/savoury options.

The window in our room was visibly very old and it felt like it didn't close fully (this was not an issue now in summer but it might be problematic in the colder months).

Hotel is in a nice green area close to the st. Pancras station. I knew upfront that the room was smaller, but it had everything I needed. Price x quality for the people looking for an overnight close to the train station.

Single glass window results in noise from the street (although street is very calm, once in a time a group of young people or wild drivers pass by). Also as an old building, not very good isolated, so also noise from the neighbors or corridor. Luckily I already read previous comments and took my own earplugs, so I didn’t have troubles to sleep.

The location was perfect, not far from the St Pancras International and Metro Station Russell Square and still, it was a very quiet and peaceful location. The cleanliness was impeccable. Everyday, we got new fresh towels, which was nice. The stuff was friendly and we fell safe in the hotel. In the day of our departure, they were kind to accept to keep our luggage safe, while we visited and waited for our trip back home.

The isolation between the rooms, we could hear our neighbours and when people were passing the hall during the night, that was unpleasant. We also took Breakfast included an were a bit disappointed, that everyday there were the same things and sometimes, things ran out.

Our second time staying here, this time for a week instead of one night. I messaged them when booking, to ask for the same room as last time, and they put us in there...so grateful. ☺️ Had a much better spacial layout than a place we stayed in up the road previously. Great location! Close to Euston, St Pancras & Kings Cross Stations. Within 30min walk to Shaftesbury Ave (West End), 15min to British Museum, and surrounded by funky areas like Soho and Camden. Breakfast had a great variety. Laundromat, supermarket and food places just around the corner on Marchmont St. It's nothing fancy, but the value for money is chefs kisses!

Only negative was the fire alarm going off twice early in the morning (presumably from the kitchen), but the staff handled it well.

The location is great, and the hotel is located in walking distance to the British Library and the British Museum. Also, many other attractions are nearby. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is very calm and there was neither distractions nor noise in the evening. The quality of the coffee in the breakfast was good.

The room was small, and there was no desk. I was planning to do some work with my laptop, and this was difficult because there was no desk and chair. Also, the breakfast room was very crowded and small. The Wi-Fi connection was not that good, possibly because of the location of my room.

Great location. Check in staff we're incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. Had a lovely nights stay, and check out was incredibly easy.

Our room was situated below the ground floor and faced the front of the property with exterior stairs right outside our window. This meant anyone walking past early in the morning could be heard very easily. The room was also situated right next to the breakfast room so just before the breakfast room was opened, we did hear people milling around outside our room which wasn't brilliant. Other than that though the rest of the stay was really enjoyable and we slept very well!
