Fabulous location, exceptionally clean, no issues with beds around the pool. Third year staying at these apartments, same staff each year.

Nothing not to like!

The girl I was dealing with at reception was very welcoming. She made a great first impression for when I arrived and was very helpful with any questions I had. Similarly the gentleman I dealt with on check out and who organised me a taxi to the airport was so helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. AC worked a treat. Everything was easy to use and it had everything that you could want. But the best thing about this was location. I was here as a solo traveller and so safety is a massive thing for me and the location couldn't have been better. Close to beach, close to restaurants. Ideal.

The walls were a little thin. I might have been unlucky, but there was a child in the room next to me that was extremely loud. So this did wake me a couple of times across the few nights stay. Luckily I just rolled over and went back to sleep but it could have been more annoying.

This was our second stay here and it was exactly as we had enjoyed last year, this is a small complex which offers relaxed first class accommodation kept immaculately clean by the cleaning staff., it is ideally located just around the corner from the end of the strip that leads on to Magaluf, about a 10-15 minute walk away. The complex offers little by way of entertainment other than low key music around the pool by day, there is a a snack and bar service which is used by day but not so in the evenings. For anyone looking for a well kept spotlessly clean and relaxing environment, without the perils of the pool and towel race every morning, this is it, sun lounger hogging just doesn't seem to happen here. There is a €10 per towel refundable deposit along with a non refundable charge of €2 per towel, this is no bad thing as it is silly to see where the supply of "free" pool towels results in never ending exchanges of towels just because you can do so at no apparent cost.

They just newly opened on July 1st so it was very clean. location was also nice. there was a lot of stores, restaurants around the hotel, close to the beach, bus stop, and taxi line. room has a lot of kitchen stuff, refrigerator was big enough for 2 of us. bed was nice a firm like we prefer. pool was nice and lifeguard was very attentive. the manager Carlos was amazing and made sure we got everything we needed.

hours for the pool were different each day. we personally like a pool that is open a little later each day.

Spotlessly clean. Helpful & friendly staff . Kitchen with all the small things u need to help u cook & clean up after. Washing up liquid/ scourer/ saucepan/ even a corkscrew/ Nespresso coffee. Might seem insignificant but saves u trying to find shops that have these things when u arrive. So I found that really helpful.

Everything but I need a indoor pool as swimming outside in third fab pool was cold. But, hey it is April!

The place was really wonderful. I heard and read a few reviews about noise around hotel and from the neighbors, but in fact I didn't have any problem with that. Place is quiet and nearest bar closes their doors after 11 p.m. so loud music couldn't be heard from outside. Apartment was really clean and hotel stuff did their job really good, so every evening we came back to the apartment like in the first day. Everything was like on the picture so there were not any surprises. Also I want to notice that Palmanova beach is really good. Water clean, many restaurants around and not so many people. Bus stop is also not far from hotel, so you can drive to the supermarket like Mercadona in literally 5 minutes.

The place is almost perfect, but I had problem with shower. In some reason water pressure was not so good and temperature was changing all the time, like 3 seconds cold and 5 seconds warm and then 2 seconds really hot and all over again. I asked hotel stuff to fix it but without any success. Also I didn't have a good knife on the kitchen witch is really strange. We got small and not sharp knife so we barely could use it and that was annoying. And another detail. I think it could be really nice to have salt or little oil on the kitchen. With the price we pay, I think, that we should have it.

Comfortable, clean, simple, convenient. 2-3 minutes walk to the public beach, where you can go with your umbrella or rent one there. There are volleyball nets on and many cafes on the beach as well, so it was a very good one. Again, you can walk for 3 minutes to take a bus to Palma and ride for 30-40 minutes to reach the city centre and they work until night (check schedule on tib.org). 2 minutes by walking to the free car park, if you rented a car. just downstairs, there are various nice clubs and cafes for different tastes and age groups. there are some supermarkets very closeby. very helpful and nice staff. clean rooms, nice balcony facing the pool. didn't test the pool and the breakfast though. the sunbeds looked comfortable, but i didnt check. the pool looked clean and i saw the pool cleaning robot running every night. vibrant atmosphere around the hotel, fun for young and old people.

i didnt test the pool because it was 1.50 m deep, but it was only a matter of preference, many people were enjoying that, so only a negative if and only if you are looking for a deeper pool. also, since the beach is very close, i chose that option.

Very friendly staff, super clean in rooms and public spaces. Fantastic location.

It's just a small thing but the balcony had very little privacy as the divide between us and neighbours either side was not the full depth of the balcony. Balcony furniture also uncomfortable. Also the balcony lighting is centrally controlled so it doesn't go off until midnight which is not a problem when inside as great blackout curtains, however sitting out for a nightcap it would have been nice to turn the light off.

The hotel is very new and modern, everything was pristine clean and cleaning services maintained the rooms and pool daily. Our room was equipped with all nececisties for a week's stay: AC, convection oven top, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge w/ freezer compartment. As we were travelling for a special occasion, I had sent a request for a pool view if possible and the staff was so accommodating! We were welcomed with complementary bottles of water, coffee and tea (in the room). The staff spoke English very well so we didn't have any issues at all. The hotel does not have a kitchen/restaurant, but it does have a bar where you can get a nice drink or coffee. On the day of check out, we had to leave at 10am and getting a taxi to the airport was horrible. One of the ladies at the registration was an absolute angel and so kind to help us get one, trying multiple numbers and holding in line for almost half an hour to ensure somebody would come pick us up!! Overall the stay was just amazing!! There are a few supermarkets right outside the hotel, not even a minute walk away. The hotel is also located at the shop and restaurant strip so it was perfect! Closest beach was 3-4 mins of a walk away, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds in multiple spots (they are paid for ~13.50 euros for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds, and more for additional sun beds). The shopping strip had a lot things to see and if you're travelling with family, several attractions to keep the kids busy. Restaurants everywhere with various cuisine. We felt very safe during our stay at the hotel and really enjoyed it! Quick tip: you may have to show your taxi driver the hotel's address on the map if you're coming from the airport as not all of them know of this new hotel yet and there are other properties owned by TRH in the vicinity.

The TV seemed unusable but either way we didn't bother with it too much. We might have had to check in at the registration desk first but we decided to just do activities outside instead. We thought it would have been amazing if there was a drying clothes rack on the balcony as we could only use the handrails/chairs to lay clothes/towels tto dry off.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location with many shops, restaurants and bars around and super close to the beach. The pool & pool area was spacious and lovely. Friendly bar staff and reception staff. Hotel room was modern and super clean. Beds were extremely comfy. Over all a fantastic stay and I recommend anyone to stay here

Our balcony didn’t get the sun on it (214) which was a shame as we would have liked to have used our balcony sometimes
