Good range of electrical appliances provided. Like the water purifier best. Fast response from staff after calling them for housekeeping & aircon issue. Generally staff are polite & helpful.

1. Housekeeping forgot to clear the bin under the sink two times during my stay. 2.The pungent unpleasant smell came out from bathroom sink & shower drainhole. I had to use essential oil daily a few times to mask the smell in the bathroom & shower stall. 3. Ascott webpage encouraged guests to state their requests. However, the establishment only partially responded to my requests. Understand that not all requests may be fulfilled but at least should reply in full what could or could not be fulfilled. Else, should not encourage guests to state their requests.

Hotel just a couple of blocks from MTR, departmental store, pier and wet market. Lots of local eateries. The rooms are clean - we booked a Studio Premier & Deluxe. The Studio Deluxe King is considered spacious with a sofa and a small walk-in wardrobe. Firm but very comfortable bed. The availability of a washing machine is very handy. Quality amenities in the bathroom with a sizeable bathtub. 24 hour reception. Check in was smooth - courteous and friendly reception. All day coffee from the main reception (1st floor). Gym in lower ground floor. Will book again if we are travelling to HK.

The mini kitchenette and washing machine were a pleasant surprise (didn't end up doing any laundry for my 2 night stay). The bathroom was definitely the highlight - you would think more hotels designed their bathrooms like this with the bathtub and shower both being within the shower booth. Both the shower and bath had great water pressure. No need to go to far to get groceries with a wet food market and Yata just 1-2 blocks away. Staff were very helpful with keeping luggage before and after checkout. Was able to borrow an adapter when I found out I had forgotten to pack one.

Didn't get a view from my room - literally a wall of the apartments across the road, but I guess some might find it interesting?

Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, room is new and clean. It has washing machine with dryer, make it so much easier to have clean clothes every day. Great location close to MTR station and other public transport. Plenty food places around. 7 eleven just cross the road, so you can get stuff so easily any time of the day. Easy walk to A11 bus stop to get to the airport. We have a fantastic stay and will definitely come back again.

It’s a brand new (renovated and under new ownership) it’s an apartment/hotel style and there’s a microwave and washer/dryer inside the room. I choose the premium studio and in a decent size (it’s huge actually compared to avg HK hotel room) . Very comfortable!

Occasionally we can smell food in our room not sure if it’s from outside or from our next door but it’s not a big deal and the smell go away within a short period of time.

Room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Great location close to public transport, ferries, restaurants and great local markets. Hotel recently refurbished and very clean and welcoming.

Very limited choice of TV channels. No instructions provided for use of facilities. That said, late in our stay we discovered a QR code for on-line instructions!

The property is new. The location is unbeatable very close to the North Point MTR. There are many eateries around the corner. The room is big and comfortable and very quiet.

To me the only thing lacking is there’s no cutlery such as a small fruit knife as there are many fruits stalls in the neighborhood. Perhaps some spoons and forks too.

Location is quite good, near to MTR station. Can experience local cultures in this neighborhood.

we didn't" have the breakfast we enjoyed the area very close to bus & MTR station some good restaurants in area nice area by the water , just lots of construction right now

bed is very firm . you should get a mattress pad for some people

TV channels were very limited & casting didn’t work in either room.Beds were very hard, need to add soft layer ontop
