Nice location, nice view from the pool and comfortable beds.

Rooms were very small. Music too loud in breakfast restaurant which made it quite stressful as we could barely speak to each other. The rooftop restaurant is overpriced (more expensive than Norway!) and the food is not worth it!

Everything Location: just a 3 minute walk to North Point MTR station (island line). Also, taxis are always at the entrance of the hotel. Many shops, restaurants, supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk, plus there is a mall right next to the hotel, Starbucks on the ground floor and 2 711 just around the corner. Facilities: Very modern and luxurious hotel. Rooftop pool open 6:30am to 10pm with amazing HK views. A lot of restaurants on the second floor and although we did not visit them, we could tell they were popular as there were busy. Room: Room had everything we needed, even Nespresso coffee machine. A really cool AI device where you can ask for hotel or city info, and it plays music on demand, short of like an Alexa. Through that, you can even ask for extra amenities from the reception, which are brought to your door within minutes. Nice view of Victoria Harbor. In general, the room gave us the feeling we are staying at a very luxurious and expensive hotel. Staff: Everyone we encounter was amazing. Check in and out was done very fast, housekeeping were super sweet and polite (even emailed us just an hour after check out that we forgot something in our room), concierge very helpful with both luggage storage and helping with taxis. We are very seasoned travelers, and tbh it’s probably our first time we have such a great overall experience, where we cannot think of even the tiniest negative to say about a stay.

The location is good, North Point is considered 'local' and different from Central or the west side of Hong Kong. It is still touristy, with a lot of travel groups. The room is nice and spacious, we picked a lovely harbour view. The cleaning staff are very nice and attentive.

Check-in and check-out staff was not friendly at all, though check-in time was 3 pm, we got there at 4 pm, but we still needed to wait for a while to get to our room. Given we are hotel guests, there are no subsidies or discounts for parking at all. Parking was expensive.

Lovely hotel well located very close to North Point MTR (exit A2). Great room with lovely view across Victoria Harbour and we enjoyed the rooftop pool too. If you look around there's some good local food options in North Point; Wan Chair is a short tram ride away. Noon checkout is generous too. Coffee pod machine in the room and a big bottle of water each person each day.

There was nothing we didn't like about this place.

The property is so beautiful and such a lovely location! They gave us free cocktails while waiting to check in and upgraded us to a better room! The staff were so kind! There was a doorman who went above and beyond to help with our luggage and gave recommendations for the area! The pool is beautiful and the view is even better!

Everything was great!

- The location is very closed to Northpoint MTR station. The surrounding area and neighborhood is safe and good for a walk as it is a park for pets and locates next to the harbour. There are also nearby department stores and restaurant. - The mattresses and pillows are very comfy. - Stunning view.

- The check-in process took too much time. The queue is long. - No drinking water for complimentary provided in my room on the first day of stay. - The toilet sink not draining.

The location was convenient. Close to bus routes, mass transit, public ferry, the room I booked had harbour view. Receptionist were polite, friendly and helpful.

1) I I found a tiny cockroach running on the coffee table. I tried to kill it but it ran into the gap next to the fridge. I was in Rm 1803. 2) I didn't like two out of four elevators allow pets. I am allergic to the smell of animals. Many times I called for the elevator, the ones that allowed pets came and I had to push a button to make it go down before I called another elevator again.

Terrific location. Airport bus A11 actually stops at the North Point Ferry Terminal, which is only 3 min walk away. No need for airport express. Subway, bus, tram are all easy walk from the hotel. Lots of eateries of different categories are within easy walking distance. The harbour view was awesome. The infinity pool was great, if only there were more beds to enjoy the sun and the city view there. The roof top bar and restaurant was well designed, offering both indoor and outdoor tables. Service staff was generally helpful and friendly. Also loved their strict no smoking policy.

I wish the pool can stay open longer to offer a late evening swim. On top of getting my credit card information, they charged a hefty "security deposit." This should have been mentioned on Booking.com.
