The hotel’s location is great, directly connected with the beach where we could always get a sunbed. Rooms very very clean, beds comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could be slightly renewed.

A Sage is not installalled in the room but you may use a safe at the reception.

The breakfast had a great selection of fruit , pastries and hot selection of tasty choices catered for all, a choice freshly squeezed juices , watermelon was absolutely divine my sister loved passion fruit juice which was the other option. We also experienced tasty omelette done in front you with choices of fillings. The caffe latte was lovely tea lovers like my sister had Chai Masala which she had it every day. All the staff were welcoming and happy to assist, from Manager , the guest service Joanes , Jacinta & Georgina were hands on in checking on your well being on a daily basis. Chef Blanks , Sammy & Thomas cooked a few amazing local meals which were very tasty. Thanks to all the cooks, waiters & waitresses ,bar staff housekeepers were efficient Overall beautiful setting few minutes away from beach and security was good as your able to enjoy sun bath in without harassments from beach vendors. I highly recommend it if you want quite relaxing time and surrounded with everything you need. Big thanks to the Gardners on a daily basis make the grounds clean & beautiful.

They did not give you whole wheat or grainery bread, they only did white bread

As I told management and staff when asked, I've never been to a place where my needs and wants were the priority of everyone there, they worked so hard to make us feel special, I'll be thinking about this trip for a very long time

Everything was exceptional, I wouldn't change a thing, What can I say every staff member was courteous, every meal was thoughtful, ever request of management honored, safe as can be

Beach is lovely. Good decors all around. Friendly, attentive staff.

Shower in room is a bit old and needs renovating.

The hotel is located in the most interesting part of Diani beach. Very nice palms on the beach. Very nice and sandy beach. Possibility to swim at high and low tides. The manager Joanes is very responsive, he helped us with solving many issues, including late check-out. The hotel rooms are very well thought out and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious too.

Staff were really friendly. Maureen the duty manager was so nice & really helpful. Any issues were resolved immediately. Rooms were clean, comfortable & spacious with a fully sheltered porch. Brilliant location. Fresh omelettes & fresh fruit for breakfast. Even breakfast to go at 4.30am on the day we checked out.

I would have loved a fridge in the room.

Great people, wonderful location. Fabulous beach and perfect beach front situation. Very comfortable and authentic rooms, and a lovely pool area (we didn't swim since the ocean was right there, but it looked nice). Excellent breakfast.

Food in the restaurant for a la carte took a long time, but the drinks came on time.

The ambience is excellent- adapting a regional architectural style and decor; the location is perfect- right at the splendid white sand beach; there is a mix of restaurants and sitting areas spread across the resort; thsle staff are very friendly.

Service at the large outdoor area next to the beach was slow.

The location was excellent, a beautiful view of the ocean from the dining area, bar, and swimming pool. Most of all, we liked the head of housekeeping (Jonas, perhaps spelled differently?). He made sure our stay was excellent, and was very worried and empathetic when one of us got food poisoning. He made our stay great!

One of our three rooms was unavailable when we arrived, because a recurring guest felt sick and they let him/her stay another night. Not a very pleasant surprise after you’ve had a very long trip to the hotel. The hotel booked a room at another property for 2 of our group of 6. They made those two wait for quite a while before they dropped them off though.
