From the moment I walked through the doors, the amazing staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was unparalleled. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring guests felt comfortable and well-cared-for. One of the aspects that impressed me the most was the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards. The room and pool area were immaculate The air conditioning in my room worked flawlessly, providing a welcome escape from the outside heat, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere within the room. The highlight of my visit, however, was the pool area, where I had the pleasure of interacting with the pool lifeguard, Nuru. Nuru not only excelled in ensuring the safety of the guests but also went above and beyond to create a vibrant and entertaining poolside experience. Her friendly demeanor and proactive approach to organizing various activities kept all of us and other guests entertained I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a place to stay in Diani at a reasonable price.

Limited selection at the poolside bar and the cocktails were not the best.

To start with the staff were so welcoming and professional. After a long drive from Nairobi and spending 4 hours to get onto the ferry, we arrived so tired and hungry. But they helped us settle and relax. Special thanks goes to Consolata at the reception Desk. The barman Odhiambo and all the waitresses who charmed us with their smiles. We felt that our comfort was their utmost priority. The food was excellent and rooms clean and the ambience great. We will definitely be back.

We didn't like the fact that we only had two nights to enjoy Pride Inn Diani.

The size of the establishment meant it was easy to be attended to by the employees also it was easy to navigate through. Totally enjoyed the cocktail (sea breeze),the melon salads as well as the dessert of cheese cake!..The food was sumptuous..enough to keep you satisfied as the portions were generous. Cleanliness was constantly done which was a great pleasure.

As the bar is directly near the rooms,the music can be blaring.As the space is also small means the sound bounces off&can get a bit jarring. As an establishment the tempo should reflect the time&some moderation on the sound levels.

The location is perfect, just next to the road. The have a swimming pool, plus even a waterpark, that stuff is soo fun and thrilling. The check in was okay, though we had to wait for a while because we came earlier than the check in time. We were welcomed with a glass of fresh fruit juice. The receptionist Consolata gave us a bit of a briefing about the hotel and she made us feel at home. Winnie, the receptionist also helped a lot with my daughter, whenever I was caught up with something she helped "babysit" her. Both Winnie and Consolata loved carrying her or even sometimes feed her🥰 My daughter had her own crib, I requested for it. They have a buffet, so you can pick from a variety of dishes what you like. The kitchen staffs were so helpful and they made some of my breakfast foods how I like it upon request. Bretta, also helped me in preparing my baby's food or even feed her one or two spoons😁 The head of the kitchen(I've kind of forgotten his name 💔)helped me organise a surprise birthday party for my husband & daughter, and all the staffs joined in singing🥳 Everyone there was so kind and nice to us, it was so relaxing 😌 I'll definitely be back

Ever heard the travel tip about how venues that appreciate local culture, tend to not disappoint? Well, for our anniversary trip, Their homage to Swahili culture in the architecture drove us to take a chance on them, And we were genuinely glad we did! Friendly staff make you feel at home, right from Schola at the gate, to Catherine at the front office. Didn't get their names, but housekeeping not only had the room spotless, but also made an effort to make the decor special! Thank you all! Liked that it's pretty Centrally located, since that made it easy to explore the best of both South and North Diani. At this budget, frankly you can't do better.

Just Nitpicking here Because they Do have a ramp on the ground levels, but, didn't see an elevator. Not sure how differently abled people have accessibility to the higher floors?

This hotel is comfortable and family friendly. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The swimming pool is safe, fun and child friendly. The food was amazing and diverse. The location of the hotel is also ideal and close to shops and other amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel is well maintained throughout the day. We really enjoyed it very much and are thankful to the staff for giving us a memorable stay. We were given two of the best rooms with a pool view which was amazing. We thank general manager Simon and the rest of the team Winnie, Alex, Bretta, Yvonne, Winfred and all others. Please keep doing the great work. We strongly recommend this place for a great stay and will definitely come for another occasion .

My stay at Pride Inn Diani was truly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and conveniently close to the ocean. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my visit. Dining at Pride Inn Diani was a delight with tasty meals and a cozy atmosphere. I would recommend Pride Inn Diani to anyone visiting the Diani Beach area – I look forward to returning!

Excellent place staff very good food very good my wife and I stayed here last Xmas so this Easter my wife returned with our 8yr old daughter for a short break and both enjoyed it very much

Rooms could be a bit better equipped ie fridge in every room and these days smart tvs are a must

I absolutely LOVED and appreciated the team at the resort. They were helpful and kind. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, always had a smile on their beautiful faces and just overall great people. We enjoyed great food and drinks: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with great vibrant taste and flavors. The kids and I loved the water park and pool. Rooms were clean and tidy. Stocked with water and all necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. Will most definitely visit again next time I am In Mombasa.

The facility was just as I expected. It’s a clean and quiet place. The room was a little squeeze but air conditioning system worked very well. Staff were friendly and the restaurant offered good breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A week ago before traveling, I asked a twin room instead of a double, but the request was not granted. The facility is slightly far from the beach, but Tuktuk takes you to the beach within 10 minutes (If you don’t like moving from one to another better to stay at a beach front hotel). So, this won’t be a significant. Many families stay in the facility during the school holidays.
