The pools. The view. The beach. To sum up- the location. Clean and well kept.

Wifi did not work most of the time. The food was ok but nothing special. The beach bar was not so good, the staff was unmotivated, half of the items on the menu not available and they kept us waiting one and half hour for a lunch…keep saying Hakuna Matata, which to us was not the case any more after waiting so long with a hungry child 😅 the car that was picking up from the airport did not have functioning AC, that was dreadful. Lastly there are too many agressive monkeys everywhere. The place is ok just not as good as expected with quite some little shortcomings that make your stay less pleasant.

Amazing hotel with big territory, beautiful views, friendly staff and excellent food! Great location. The beach is super - the best one. Pools are also super. The food is excellent. Very good entertainment program. And... many monkeys.

During the late check in, the receptionist held back our passports. And nobody from the personnel next 5 days didn't tell us that our passports are still at the reception, even during the check out... Must pay attention.

Very big territory with amazing gardens, pools, ponds. Connected Golf Resort with very affordable prices. Spacious rooms. Guarded beach. Live music in the evening. The best food we had on our 2 weeks trip in Kenya. I am talking only about buffet restaurant for B&B, HB and FB. Indian dishes are finger-licking. Other restaurants are not so good. Good team of animators to play volleyball, table tennis, etc. Right at the beach, but mind tides schedule - don't think you'll be able to swim the entire day. Of course it refers to the whole coast, not to the hotel.

Huge problem with WiFi, It is a disaster. I am not talking about watching TV series online. It was not possible to work anywhere not only in the room. Their networks are like a mirage. Disappearing every second minute. Hope the management will do something in the nearest future. Beware monkeys, don't leave anything on the balcony and close sliding doors.

The Seaview was amazing. Loved the roaring ocean sounds and the strong ocean waves from 2 pm. I loved the wild opulence that comes with Diamond. Friendly staff, and the environment was serene. Definitely enjoyed my stay. And oh yes, the monkeys stole my coconut fruit, and they couldn't keep their hands away from the sugars.

Only had an issue with interruptive calls from reception and an unfortunate incident of one of the receptionists who seemed rather unfriendly or unattentive. But hey, had a great time.

Swimming pool .. beach had amazing security Food was good .. excellent Room service was fast and effective Checkin and check out was fast Security was top notch

Loved it ❤️❤️ but provide shower robes , slides and iron box without us having to call reception. Fix the washrooms .. they clog ..,, Wi-Fi is pathetic for w gold resort Put A\c In restaurants Juice and water should be inclusive when you book half board or above !!!

Breakfast was great, good variety. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Loved the many swimming pools and access to the beach.

Staff were a bit overwhelmed during breakfast, maybe the facilities should be prepared for bigger numbers especially during the holidays

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The access to the beach was great and the security on the beach made you feel very safe. Little things like preparing our room for the evening against mosquitoes and having towels for the swimming pool, made it feel luxurious

As we were not all inclusive there was only one restaurant to really eat at which was a pizzeria. We dined out one night which was lovely, but for a couple staying longer than 4 nights recommendations for dinner would be beneficial.

Very nice hotel. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Hotel staff very very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, different options to have and nice dining area. Good location, near many restaurants; the beach was ok which I found was a more comfortable area than other parts of Diani beach. A lot of seaweed aswell but thats the whole coastline of Diani.

Very bad wifi connection. You can't enjoy watching the sea when lying on a bed on the beach in the back row. The front row is always taken and there are not that many beds to start with.

Very beautiful resort with many amenities and excellent food! Variable options and suitable for every need! Pools really give a nice element to the hotel! They are all clean and well maintained! Bars to every pool but service is slow cause apart from the main bar all the other bars are not well equipped and bartenders have to leave for supplies from the main bar. The system for signing the bill is a bit strange. They bring your order but without the ticket (already a bit late) and then you end up searching them to sign wasting your time. Apart from that the location is good! The beach is very nice but the sea is not for swimming. During low tide (every morning) you end up walking which is beautiful but quite dangerous due to sea porcupines. In the afternoon during high tide there are waves. So it’s mostly suitable for water sports in my opinion. Rooms could use some renovation and put a plug in the bathroom.

The food and the staff were amazing. Really good restaurants, both buffet and à la carte. The all inclusive is totally worth it. We left early in the morning and they made sure we had a good breakfast box for on the road. We had some issues with the shower, but the staff made sure it was fixed quickly. The sun beds on the beach are fine. No sellers come near you as long as your on your sunbed

You get what you pay for. The stay and all inclusive is rather cheap compared to other hotels in the area. So the rooms, bars are a little bit outdated. However, they are renovating the hotel so in a few years I’m sure this will be a really good hotel Due to the renovations there was a little bit of noise, but they tried to keep it to a minimum.
