Everyone working at The Mallards was super nice and friendly. Because of my train I arrived earlier than the check-in window, but they were very considerate and agreed to an earlier check-in time. Room service was perfect. The room was perfectly clean and tidy each day. The accommodation has an entrance just for guests, making it super easy and comfortable to go out and back. I had an ensuite single bed room which had very luxurious furnishing and it was super comfy for one person. The price is very good and worth it for a stay at The Mallards. The accommodation is quite close to the town centre and there are also a lot of restaurants and takeaways. In a nutshell: you can't do anything wrong with booking a room at The Mallards.

The lady who runs this B&B was brilliant. She was extremely accommodating allowing my son (who wasn’t staying over) to change into smart attire ready for a 2 day interview & she also lent us an iron & ironing board to refresh his outfit when we arrived. An excellent, plentiful veggie breakfast was provided next morning which set me & my son’s girlfriend up nicely for a day’s visit to Lincoln, though the B&B owner was more than happy for us to wait at her B&B until my son’s interview was over. Should I need to in the future, I will be rebooking this B&B.
The lack of dedicated non-council run (chargeable) parking facilities, though I had been made aware of this. The shower pressure was a bit poor.

Ample parking right by the B&B entrance, in a council car park, with the parking ticket renewed by the hosts in the morning until departure (ticket/s bought and placed on the windscreen). Room was comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. I chose the 'small breakfast' which was excellent - all well-cooked and delivered promptly, with the beans in a separate bowl to prevent 'contamination' (Premier Inn have only just caught on to this!)
The double bedroom in what was, effectively, a family suite had very little natural light. Some of the decor was quirkily vintage and I guess you could say it was either out of place or added to the charm!

Never had a better B&B breakfast. Room was big and roomy. We are retired and do a considerable amount of traveling and have been in good and bad Hotels and B&B's. This was was very homely and a very pleasent stay Courtney, the Manager, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, an asset to the business. Plentiful parking at the back of the property and in a quite area, but a 5 minute walk from the town centre Couldn't have asked for a better stay
Not much, dont want to be picky, we were very impressed

Honestly, if you are staying in Sleaford, surely stay here. The young lady who manages the place could not have been more helpful and friendly. She advised us on taxis to RAF Cranwell, and, when a few of my younger friends were late for breakfast, she still cooked for them. She also made sure our cars were covered for parking for their first hour. If I were visiting Sleaford again this would be the only place I would want to book into.
Zilch, nothing.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and she remembered me from when I visited a few months ago. The property is easy to find, and it is close to a supermarket, where I could charge my electric car. There is a large public car park across from the hotel, which is free overnight for blue badge holders. There was plenty of tea and coffee, and even biscuits in my room, which was nice, and it was lovely and warm.
I had a slight bit of trouble getting in and out of the shower, as I am overweight and disabled, but I managed, and it would not stop me from returning for a third visit.

The property was very clean and tidy, in a nice location. It was right next to a large publice pay and display car park, but because I have a disabled badge, I was able to park overnight free of charge, which was a nice bonus. The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean, with a kettle, tea and coffee, milk and sugar.
There was a small step down into the bathroom, which wasn't enough to put me off, but it is worth mentioning as I walk with crutches. Also, I struggled to get in and out of the shower as I am quite large, and it was very narrow. I cannot stand in a shower due to my damaged knees, so I have to kneel down, which was quite difficult due to the size of the cubicle, but I managed to use it, and this would not put me off from returning, either.

The room was huge and contained a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The lady at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get a chance to have a cooked breakfast as we were in a rush but there were various cereals and yoghurt available with a jug of orange juice on the table.
There was nothing we disliked. The room was a bit dated but other than that everything was perfect.

-Excellent Welcome and very comfortable room... -Good location in the centre of Sleaford, good choice of restaurants/bars within 3mins walk... -Impressed the way the staff will go above and beyond, and make sure your car has a valid parking ticket in the public car park, for the guests who are 'late risers'... -Large breakfast... -Small thing - but at last, a pleasure to find a premises that provides a lot of the little milk cartons in the room for a 'room cuppa'... -Small bar on the premises for guests - extra bonus...
We stayed midweek so caught the 'buisness' timings for breakfast...it was however worth getting up early for an awesome cooked breakfast...

I thought the breakfast was good, plenty of choice. good quality vegetarian options too! room was comfortable although a little warm for my liking so had to turn the heating down, they certainly didnt skimp out on their heating bills! I expected cheap and chearfull for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Was hardly the four seasons but i didnt pay four seasons prices! I would definately recomment this place and wouldnt hesitate at booking again.
Genuinley have nothing negative to say. Excellent value for money!
