Perfect location 5-6 minutes from Kingcross . Private property and big enough for family of five. You can do your own meals in the kitchen. They have everything for you. All staff very helpful and friendly . We stay in apartment . The children and me had a good time 😊

Too hot in the summer time but they have fans for you

I liked how convenient the location was, how big the room was as well as how friendly the staff was!

There was an easy to spot fry on the ground in the kitchen as well as right outside our room on the day of arrival. Would have liked to be made aware that the terrace was shared directly with another room and that both rooms window wall were facing each other… that was not a great surprise, except for one man standing right outside our door on the terrace the first night (which frightened us… alongside the shouting coming from another room), this thankfully wasn’t an issue the rest of the week.

The staff are really lovely and polite and the location is great. Directly next to the tube and main train station. It was great value for money considering its central location, and for a short stay, it is perfect. These rooms really cater to individuals, sadly I was travelling In a couple. They do offer clean linens and towels each day. The rooms offer tea and coffee, a hair dryer and shower gel. They also have a room safe, though ours had run out of batteries and did not open. I also like the fact you don't need to check in. You just get an access code emailed/texted to you the morning of check in. It feels like staying at a home away from home

It's probably one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in, which wouldn't have been ideal if we had stayed there for any real length of time. Parts of the room needed repair. The shower head leaks and the shower door has fallen off its bracket. The bed frame is too small for the mattress and the mattress drooped off one side which had me afraid that I'd fall out of bed if I slept too close to the edge. The room is so small that the bed is pushed up against the wall and there's zero space for suitcases or to hang clothes. These rooms are best suited to individuals on short stays.

I was a little worried about our stay because of all the negative reviews. But honestly our stay was so nice! Location was amazing, price was very reasonable, our room was quite big for London and clean as well! Of course, the furniture was not the newest, but everything was sufficient, nothing was broken. Staff was nice and check in easy. We stayed with my small 9 year old niece and she loved the eclectic design! It was sufficient for family time as well. It was not noisy at all.

The stay in this hotel was amazing. The position it’s perfect for visiting the city, there’s the station of the metro right after the place. The room was clean, not so big but for two person was perfect, also for the low price. The thing we appreciate the most was the staff, we were welcomed by the guy in the reception that has been super nice with us, also really funny and made us comfortable since the second we entered the hotel. We are super happy about everything and they treated us really in the best way. can’t wait to come back!🥰

The staff were amazing, they knew this was a celebration trip for my daughter and we arrived to a room decorated with balloons and a beautifully written card. It was such a thoughtful surprise. The staff, from start to finish, made our trip special. I can’t thank them enough. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station. It was safe to walk to, and excellent to enter anytime during your stay as there is a code on the door, and a number to contact if you need anything. It is not expensive, they could probably charge more for the location. For what we paid I'm more than happy and I would stay there again. When collecting our luggage before our train home we were once again welcomed by the fabulous staff who collected our suitcases and offered us use of their facilities before our journey home. Thank you all for making our stay at your hotel so special.

The service was exceptional, we dropped off our bags a couple of hours before check in and when we returned in the evening our bags were in our room waiting for us. We also stored our bags after check out and the staff were more than happy to accommodate. The check in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, safe and fan which was great. There were two pillows each on the bed which was great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were a good size. The hotel is just a short walk from King's Cross Station which is a great location.

Perfect location. Extremely close to Kings Cross station. The decor was quirky and fun. The hotel was clean. My phone ran out of charge so I couldn't access my room pincode but there was someone on duty at 0200 in the middle of the night who helped me immediatly and without fuss.

The room was very small although I still think good value for the price at such a central location. There were a couple of signs of wear and tear in the room (a loose tap and a broken radiator cover) but it was clean so this wasn't a big issue.

Received the most warm & happiest of welcomes from anywhere I’ve ever stayed. A different member of staff the next day was equally friendly & accommodating. The location is superb - literally across the road & round a corner from Kings Cross Station. Perfect for one or two nights stay! Would definitely return.

Nothing really, if I was being picky there’s a few things could be improved on, our window didn’t stay open (we used a toilet roll!). The finishes are rough & ready and we only had one coat hanger! But it didn’t spoil our experience at all - so if you’re not too critical you’ll be fine!

Amazing location, less than a minute walk to Kings Cross, however very quiet at night so no issues sleeping. Rooms were well decorated and the private terrace was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Only small improvement that could be made is making a slightly bigger bathroom with higher quality fixtures - this could easily be done by taking space out of the kitchen, which is larger than necessary. The bathroom was a little small for 3 people and I think 4 staying in the room would have struggled.
