Great location, staff were so friendly.

The triple room would have been tight for two but we had to sit on the bed and take turns to step across the room. Also all of the TV channels were patchy at best.

Excellent location right off the St. Pancras/King’s Cross Tube and train stations. Lots of restaurants, bars and small grocery stores in walking distance. Everything was very clean, which is very important! Desk staff was on-site and available 24/7. They even allowed us to check in a bit early, which was a great surprise (don’t expect this but they do allow you to keep your bags there if you do get there well before check in). The rooms are VERY small. Enough space for a bed and very small desk. This is fine for a solo traveler or two people who are comfortable in close quarters. We knew these were small rooms, so we were not surprised or disappointed in the slightest. Bathroom was clean with good shower pressure and lots of hot water.

Nothing! Because we knew exactly what we were getting, we were happy with the hotel.

Close to St Pancras station, ideal for catching early Eurostar. Very friendly, helpful receptionist who carried our cases for us downstairs to our ‘compact’ twin room, which was clean and well equipped for an overnight stay.

On a slightly noisy street, our room which was single sized was very ‘compact’! Being thin we could each fit into the tiny bathroom, which wouldn’t have been possible for a larger person. There was no room for more than 2 narrow single beds, nowhere to open out cases except on the beds. The tv didn’t work.

If all you need is a bed for the night, a toilet and a shower, within very easy reach of Kings Cross or St Pancras Stations, the Wardonia is ideal. Rooms are small, but the hotel is very honest about this when booking, so that isn't a problem. Our room was very clean, with fresh bedding, clean shower and toilet, tea making facilities, and was as quiet as you'd expect a hotel in this location to be. The lack of breakfast and dining facilities, again something the hotel is open about, are not a problem, as there are plenty of options available within a few minutes' walk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The weather wasn't brilliant, but (i) it was February, and (ii) there was nothing the hotel could have done about it anyway. To be honest, we couldn't fault the hotel. If you have mobility problems you might struggle with the stairs, but again, the Wardonia mentions this themselves.

I always stay @wardonia, whenever I'm visiting London. It's close to public transport, clean, warm and has a small bath for each room.

This time the bed was terrible I have to admit. I couldn't sleep long or even good cause the bed was shaking and squeaking with every move- so annoying and uncomfy...

The room and bathroom are very small. But that's not a problem, since the place was for sleeping, not dancing :) Clean, working Wi-Fi, kettle for instant coffee and tea, which are also available. Daily cleaning and towel change. The room has everything you need, nothing more :)

It was too hot for me in the room, so I turned off the heating. Since the room was on the ground floor and faced the street, I did not try to open the window, but the air would have been nice. A small fridge would have been nice.

The convenience of the location which is 2 minutes from St.Pancras and King's Cross. It was one stop on the tube to my event which also helped. I had a painful leg so appreciated the distance more and the lack of steps to my room. It is good value for money. Obviously you are not going to have a huge room, but the hotel is great for short stays and the facilities are more than adequate. The location is great for transport, but if you were eating, drinking I would use this as a base for further exploration elsewhere.

It's a noisy area. Lots going on and as it's a big city and you are near a rail hub , it's OK. Breakfast places are near to the hotel.

The location is great, only a few steps away from Kings Cross station but still far enough to be relatively quiet compared to the noisy streets of London. The room was really clean, even the tiniest corner was looked after and clean. All the necessary amenities like a kettle and tea/coffee were provided, as well as a hairdryer. The staff was absolutely brilliant. Helpful and polite. The reception is manned 24/7 which allows for last minute questions and assistance at any minute of the day.

The rooms are a bit too small even for 1 person. They have provided all the necessary amenities like a kettle with tea and coffee as well as a hairdryer, which is great but the actual walking space of the room is far too small. Regardless, I was there for only 3 nights and I am not a big person therefore it wasn't a deal-breaker issue for me but it may be something to consider when booking if you are on the bigger side.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is a safe place for a single traveller. I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered luggage storage. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room would be rather small for 2 persons, but I was alone in a double, so it was fine. There was a tea tray, which I always like. The hotel is close to St. Pancras and the British Library. I will definitely book a stay there again.

I think the room may be cold during the winter season, because it has big windows and no double glazing. But that didn't worry me too much in September.

Amazing and convenient location, lovely and welcoming staff and comfy beds. Perfect for an overnight stay in the centre of London.
