If you are reading this review, you are probably thinking about booking this hotel. Think no more, go for it, it is worth every penny. Exceptional location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, great facilities and entertainment and most of all stunning setting with breathtaking views. Thank you very much dear Jordi, Mona, Alba, Patrick, Carlos and Biel for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. Borja, Angel and Christian at the restaurant and the bar were so nice and friendly, extremely hardworking and very polite. The food was exceptional at breakfast and dinner with so many varieties offering such a diverse menu. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Absolutely amazing views and location. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and beach. The hotel had lovely pools and great activities. Supermarket, bars and buffet breakfast and dinner on half board made this a really enjoyable trip. The food was excellent with an immense choice, four types of eggs, every type of bread, cereals, salads and fresh juices for breakfast and different themes of dinner. We tried archery, shooting and a craft activity for the kids which they loved. The rooms were spacious and our balcony in the superior room has a stunning view. Kids were also allowed in the space and loved being in the hot plunge and cold plunge.

Only criticism would be the kids club room was full of arcade machines which took their money in seconds. No toys or anything else in there. Such a shame. Just some puzzles, toys or paper and pencils would have made all the difference.

The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

Not a big thing, but the hotel didn't answer some questions I asked via the Booking chat a few days before starting the holiday (about how to get to the hotel from the airport). I could find the answers online anyway, so it wasn't that important. The Booking chat seemed to be used only by the automatic "bot" messages sent by the hotel with some questions and information, but my answers and questions didn't seem to be read by humans.

The hotel was lovely, nice interior and very clean. The pool was lovely with views across the bay. Wonderful breakfast. Great roof top bar and live music in the evening.

The staff on reception were very polite, but they didn’t give us any hotel information when we checked it. I went to see them the day after to find things out. The pool should open at 9:30, and close and 8pm. You are not able to leave towels before 10am un attended which was a good rule but 10am seemed too late to open. The pool snack bar could do with having a bit more on the menu. Very British but no tea bags at breakfast or T pots.

Fab location with access to a rocky cove for swimming which wasn't busy (even in August). Also very close to Palma Nova beach and facilities, so we had lots of choice. Two large supermarkets and a good bus stop within 10 mins walk An excellent balance of facilities for kids and adults. Staff were amazing. My family loved this place!

We weren't aware of the schedule of activities until we were leaving. It was on the wall by the lifts but we only used the stairs, so we missed out a bit.

To say that this hotel is wonderful would be an understatement. It was an incredible experience for a family vacation. There is basically everything here that one might need for a good rest with or without kids: a rooftop pool, bars, friendly staff, car rental, playgrounds, a kids club, spa/massages, breakfast/dinner, a backyard, sea views, and beaches/restaurants nearby, as well as bike rental. We didn't have dinner included in the price, but one day decided to try it. It cost 24.5 EUR per person, which was comparable or even lower than the surrounding restaurants. The dinner options were unlimited, and everything was so delicious that we ended up dining there every day. It was also a perfect solution for a family with a little kid who doesn't know what he wants to eat. The main pool is great both for kids and adults. Spa is open all day long.

That this place is so far away from us - I would like to come back. :)

They had breakfast buffet with lots of variety of food. They also had steam, sauna free until I think 9pm at night. You have 3 pools you can chill at. One in front of the hotel, one at the rooftop and one in the wellness area. The hotel has stunning view which looks over an ocean and you can dive in the ocean too as they have a gate and stairs that reach you to the ocean. Overall it was a lovely stay and the staff was helpful as well.

I wish they extended the time of their breakfast buffet because if someone is waking up late or wants to spend time in swimming pool or sauna they are not left with much time to have breakfast. Also they refused us to enter for breakfast because we were in bikinis. They said we would have to be fully dressed. Although the rooms have stunning views but the furniture is a bit old style.

Breathtaking views with picturesque location and pool. Private walk to the rocks where you can snorkel, swim and also a 5-7min walk to the beach promenade. Bunch of activities for kids and families if you want to stay in. Our room was a superior sea view so was like heaven with balcony. Standard non sea facing rooms have no view and look very sad facing the parking so pay some extra and get a sea view without a doubt. Parking was seamless. Amazing to see they had a private heavenly terrace lounge and pool for adults with no kids allowed. Got to watch the euro final in english as telly had all the uk tv channels on demand

Room does not have a kettle or a coffee machine :( The wifi was a bit patchy at times and there was always a rush to get to the pool lounge deck on a first come first serve basis so wake up early.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location in a quiet spot but very near town and beaches. Gorgeous rock pools for swimming in the sea and perfect family swimming pool. Good for families. Comfortable cot, toys at the pool, small playground for toddlers. Very good meals and friendly staff. We will go back.

The vegetarian options weren't always good- no main dishes in the dinner buffet for example. The kids play room is awful- just flashy arcade games, no good toys or puzzles, no activities. The rooms are beautiful but so noisy, the upstairs neighbours moving the dining chairs and walking around was so loud. Lots of rules! Can't take coffee to your room etc can't order room service. Still great overall.

Setting is outstanding - incredible views and still less than 10 mins walk to excellent palma nova restaurants. Staff very friendly and rooms ideally equipped for our needs with a 7 month old. Reception, bar, restaurants and pool also very accessible for prams/wheelchairs as is ramped throughout. Adults only rooftop deck is a great space too. Breakfast excellent. Is quite pricey but totally worth it, fantastic hotel, wish we could have stayed longer!

Very minor point but the bath towels were very small. Only thing I can criticise from a brilliant hotel.
