I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Chambers. It is located a short walking distance from the train station, and I had a very welcoming greeting upon arrival. I had treated myself to an apartment with a balcony, and it was lovely! It was beautifully clean, had everything I needed and the bed was so comfy that I slept amazingly well. I was really pleased I had opted for a balcony apartment as the weather was really nice during my stay so I could sit outside with a glass of wine and a book :) The balcony also felt nice and private and I didn't feel overlooked by the other apartments. The apartment was very nicely decorated and all of the furnishings were very good quality which made my stay here feel extra special. The bathroom was a good size and had a lovely big shower. Upon arrival there was milk, butter and jam in the fridge and some bottles of water as well. There was also the option to purchase bread and eggs etc. from the reception area. The shops are only a short walk away, so you can buy anything else you require really easily. I highly recommend The Chambers and I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again soon.

There was nothing I didn't like. I had a fabulous stay.

As soon as we walked in the receptionist was so welcoming. I requested an apartment with a bath but as it was a last minute booking I didn't expect one but we got one. Very attentive to messages. The apartment was amazing very clean, fresh and welcoming if we didn't have children we would quiet happily live there. The bed is exceptionally comfy as heavily pregnant lady it's impossible to be comfy but I had a full night's sleep in that bed. The attention to details such as little biscuits and milk in fridge were a great touch. Honestly can't complain about anything. The manager even found us some board games when we asked. We went away to relax before baby comes and relax we did. Perfect location to trainstation and shops. All in all absolutly amazing great value for money, clean ,peaceful nights sleep and lovely staff. Can't wait to come back 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Chambers, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in until the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Here’s a breakdown of what made my stay exceptional: 1. Warm and Welcoming Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. 2. Beautiful, Comfortable Rooms: The apartment was absolutely stunning. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept better here than I do at home! 3. Top-Notch Facilities and Amenities: The apartment offered a range of facilities that made my stay even more enjoyable. 4. Exceptional Customer Service: The level of customer service at The Chambers was truly outstanding. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. 5. Fantastic Location: The apartment is ideally located in Leeds City Centre. It was easy to explore the city from here, with many attractions within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. 6. Excellent Value for Money: Considering the high level of service, luxury, and attention to detail, I found the rates to be very reasonable for the value offered. I left feeling like I got much more than I paid for in terms of comfort, experience, and overall quality.

The Chambers is an exceptional place to stay. We had a one bedroom apartment but really appreciated the availability of 24/7 reception staff, who were, without fail, friendly and helpful. I have never stayed in serviced apartments like these- with an honesty bar! With free fresh eggs and bread for breakfast. Amazing touches, and in keeping with the whole ethos of the Chambers- attention to detail and guest comforts at every turn. As examples, the homemade biscuits, umbrellas in the room and lobby, welcome pack with actual essentials like dishwasher tabs and milk, and luxurious "essentials" like Molton Brown shower gel. The basics ie comfy bed and loads of hot water almost gets overlooked because the rest is so amazing. There is a beautiful outdoor courtyard with bay trees and candles/fairy lights . As far as location goes, it was ideal for a conference at a nearby large chain hotel and would suit anyone working in the centre of town. And yet, it was really quiet and peaceful. Thank you for an amazing, and very memorable, stay. Thoroughly recommend.

I really loved the interior design of the room and the available facilities, with a washing machine, iron board, clothes rack, fan and cupboard. Really good range of cooking facilities as well, pots, pans, cloths, washing liquid, cutlery and dishwasher with free tablets. I really love how there was complementary food that came with the room and that The Chambers provided free fresh eggs and bread! Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Had an honesty bar where you could get bits and bobs for the room and pay for it when you leave. The room was spotless and really clean. The shower is really spacious and heats up fast. There is a smart TV, which you can log in and watch what you want. The bed provided was really comfy, felt like I was on a cloud . Overall really amazing experience and customer service wise. Will definitely be back again!

The stove on the kitchen bench was bit far to reach for my 5ft 2 self, so it was awkward when I was cooking. Also the washer/dryer was low quality as it took us 5 rounds on the highest setting for our clothes to dry.

the apartment was so so lovely, the living area was beautiful and having a balcony was a bonus! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault them one bit, we had an amazing stay here! we came for the purpose of going to a gig and it was less than a 15 minute walk to the first direct arena, and right in the city centre which was perfect! extremely clean also.

parking is a little bit disorganised, we had to reserve a space yet when we got there all the actual spaces were gone so kind of had to just dump the car in a weird spot but they were ok with this and it seemed to be ok!

A very good first impression as the outside of the building is attractive. Check in easy. The apartment is large. All facilities advertised were in place. Bed comfortable. Quiet at night. Comfortable temperature. Bathroom and shower excellent. We had two small issues and one larger issue during our stay. The staff are on reception 24/7 and resolved our issues very quickly. We really appreciated that . Washing machine AND a drying rack which so many places neglect. 6 minute walk to the station. Value for money was excellent.

We liked everything about the property and will stay here again when we are next in Leeds.

From secure parking to a warm welcome from the excellent Reception staff our short stay started off very positively. Our apartment was on the fifth floor and exceeded our expectations. The decor was attractive and accommodation excellent in every way. The complimentary items of food were much appreciated (added to the free bread and eggs which enabled us to enjoy a good breakfast before heading home). This was the first time that we have used a serviced apartment - what a great discovery. We will certainly return here if we are ever in Leeds - much better than a hotel at a much better price. Thank you.

The only small criticism is that all the doors in the apartment are rather heavy and immediately close behind you whichever room you’re entering.

The staff were so friendly, cheery and helpful. It felt like a home from home. Couldn’t fault it. It was well equipped, very new, very comfortable and you could help yourself to bread and eggs and butter at reception. Well equipped kitchen. Plus Landry room. And there were extra things to buy using an honesty box. Nearby to Tesco Express and Marks & Spencer. Convenient for train station and not far from the city centre and nearby places to visit. Had a fabulous stay.

I didn’t dislike anything.

Staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was far too warm and everyone was saying how hot it was but that was only minor. Everything else was perfect.
