We have been to radisson hotels all over the world but the staff in Radisson Tunis make it the best Radisson hotel in the world. We were supposed to check in on our daughter’s 5th birthday. I sent a message to the hotel to ask if they can do anything for her birthday. At check in they not only updated our room to premium panorama view room but the room was already decorated with balloons, candies and birthday cake. It was such a great surprise for us and our daughter. Housekeeping manager Sana did a great job and she was also present at the check in to welcome us. Room was spacious, with huge giving panorama view of the city from the 7th floor. Both bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Hotel is brand new and its visible from every corner. Climate system worked superb. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had great sleep every night. Breakfast staff welcoming us every morning was the highlight every morning. Ala carte and buffet breakfast both were available. Great variety of hot and cold options with fresh juices. Reception staff gave great tips about sightseeing and restaurants. Location is perfect for sightseeing in city centre with many restaurants and shops nearby. On our last night we just told them at the restaurant that we did not get time to eat Tunisian food on our trip, they did not have those dishes in the menu that night, we went outside in the city Center to eat. When we came back, we got a call from restaurant and I told them that we have eaten but we did not like it much, they told us that they have especially prepared Tunisian dishes for us, I politely said no but they insisted and sent it to the room. They no doubt tasted yummy, as compared to what we ate at the restaurant outside. Their service is top notch. They went way beyond our expectations to make our stay the best stay. We will never forget how the treated us and the amazing service and hospitality from each and every member of the staff.

Hotel was very new and rooms comfy and modern. Location was conveniently located in the city center with several restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Most staff was very friendly and tried to offer a good service.

Some staff in the restaurant didn't appear to be very motivated. The sperately booked pick up service arrived too late at airport after we called the hotel. Eventually the hotel wanted to charge the - already high - pick up fee twice because we were two people. Although in the end they adjusted the fee, please be prepared that one car is charged double if two persons take it.

The hotel was very clean and new. As soon as we arrived they offered us something to drink and let us check in before 15 pm which was really nice. The room was comfortable and clean, all the staff (receptionists, waiters, cleaning staff…) was welcoming and super kind. The position of the hotel is perfect, you can reach the medina walking and there’s also a mall with a supermarket right in front of it. The food was really good, there wasn’t too much choice but the products were fresh and of good quality! Everything was great, we really recommend this hotel <3

I booked 1 large bed but they give me 2 single beds.second I pay in euro.but they do not show rate on receipt. When I calculated, I was charged more than I should have.i told them so they give me back some money in dinar.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with fresh bedding. Comfortable bed. Oussama at reception was amazing. Very lovely and helpful with information with regards to restaurants, etc. We had a restful three nights.

On our first night, dinner at the restaurant was delicious. On our second night, the food wasn't great. Cocktails or alcohol were not available.

Everyone in the staff was so kind and hospitality extended was above the par. Special mention to Oussamma who made our stay extra special with lovely decor for our special anniversary celebrations and helping us with all the itinerary to do sightseeing locally. Breakfast was super good and the location excellent to reach to Medina. One of the best stays.....

The room is very clean, the lady who is clean the room every day is perfect, also osama and fawzi in the reception are great guys and the girls in the restaurant are very helpful even the security of the hotel are good guys and very polite, in general all the staff are really friendly people

The hotel was awesome and the people were just amazing. Fawzi was excellent always looking after us and asking whether we were oki. As britishs we enjoy great customer service and thats what we found at this Hotel. Fawzi was awesome but also everyone else was nice including Ousseima.

We could have more option at the restaurant

The hotel staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and incredibly friendly. They displayed remarkable patience and were genuinely dedicated to enhancing our experience. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and without a doubt, this will be our top choice for our next trip to Tunisia.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful and very helpful. The food was great, and everyone working there was exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself is small and clean, with a cozy atmosphere, conveniently located close to everything in the City Center of Tunis.
