Location, hellpful/friendly staff, my beddings were changed daily for 4 days, delcious breakfast

Staff: The highlight of Tiba Hotel is its staff. They were not just helpful but exceptionally accommodating. When I encountered a parking issue, they swiftly assisted me in finding an alternative spot near the hotel. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, which was evident throughout my stay. This made for a very comfortable and pleasant environment. Location: The location of Tiba Hotel is fantastic. It's situated conveniently, making it easy to explore local attractions and amenities. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, aligning well with standard hotel offerings.

Parking: Be aware that while the hotel does offer parking, it can get full quickly. This isn't clearly indicated when booking via mobile, which can be a bit inconvenient. In my case, the parking was full, but thankfully, the staff were quick to help. Do note that off-site parking incurs an additional cost of 5 EUR.

I chose this hotel because of its top 10 ranking on Tripadvisor and of course, the price was very reasonable on a GBP to TND conversion. The location was really good, just moments from the main street. We had a balcony room (313) which was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was lit up well. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was the same every morning except for the few hot items which seemed to change. The breakfast staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast restaurant was on the 4th floor and again very well designed and maintained. My stay was overall very good and I don't have anything negative to say. We checked in around 2 am and informed them beforehand of our arrival. We needed some emergency supplies which the concierge very kindly pointed us to. The air con worked well. Wifi was good. Easy check in and check out. We paid in TND via contactless and the rate offered was much better than what I had at the airport ATM. Tip: The balcony option is only available with a side view, the main street view rooms do not have a balcony.

There were mosquitos in the room but I'm not holding this against the hotel at all. No safety deposit box but not a deal breaker for us, similarly the TV signal and toilet flush were a little flakey.

Located very close to the city center and hotel is quite known. Zara clothing store is just across the road, and there are many road side resturants which I highly recommend not trying because food quality is poor and they overcharge. The hotel itself is very neat and clean, the staff is very professional and very friendly , security is very alert there's a guard present 24 hours . The hotel is good for budget travel and is recommended for short-term or medium stays.

Air conditioning in the room is freezing cold, and the temperature control doesn't allow changes. So, I had to switch off the AC most of the time, which wasn't really a big of an issue.

The hotel staff is the best, especially Mr. Abdelhak and his crew: he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He helped with my luggage, gave me suggestions of places where I could eat, he made my stay in the room very comfortable (I loved the chair he brought me so that I could work online). My room was always clean and tidy. I also enjoyed breakfast! I am very grateful for this wonderful experience. I would certainly recommend Tiba Hotel! Thank you!

The excellent staff (the lovely housekeeping lady who was always smiling, the ladies in the breakfast buffet and most specially to Marwan & Zehi who assisted me with all my inquiries. Grateful to Marwan for solving my problem with Nouvelair - it took only a 5-minute call to the call center). The service were exceptional. I think the staff were the real assets of the hotel. Hotel was also clean & well-maintained. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed everyday and refill of my toiletries as well. Breakfast spread good! The hotel is centrally located. Less than 10 minutes walk to the medina. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Before my trip, I was choosing between Tiba, Carlton & Royal Victoria. Glad I chose Tiba. On my 2 day in Tunis I met a fellow tourist who was staying in Royal Victoria. He told me he was showering with cold water for 2 days because there no hot water. The staff were also rude.

The location was excellent, right off the main avenue Bourguiba. The room was a decent size and had a balcony and bathroom. There was a breakfast included which was nice, but it’s a more European style (no full English etc).

The man on reception was exceptionally nice but the door staff just ignored you. Room was mostly clean except a few hairs on the bedsheets.

The location is ideal and super close to the old town. The staff is VERY VERY nice and helpful.

The walls are just too thin apparently, we were hearing our neighbors as if it was in our room, so tbh it was so noisy and this was the only issue we didn’t like.

Great location, secure parking, REALLY good and generous breakfast, friendly English-speaking staff. Nice and clean rooms with AC. 24h reception. I was very happy with my stay. Thanks a lot in particular to Abdelhak who organized the hotel voucher for me on short notice. I think the 3-star rating for this property is well-deserved.

It can get noisy around breakfast time. The view from my room wasn't the best. That's about it really.

A very nice hotel right in the centre of Tunis, but of a side street and quiet. Staff could not be more helpful with local knowledge + ideas of good places to visit. Great breakfast+ v good quality room/facilities.
