We were visiting friends and the location was ideal for us being only 10 minutes from their home and a nearby shopping centre. Although not on the property,free access to neighbouring gym and some sport facilities was good. The location was in easy distance of the M1 highway making a drive up to Brisbane or down to Coolangatta a quick and simple exercise.The property itself is quite modern, the rooms clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant on site. Will go back!

After hours access. You can’t use your room card to access carpark, you have to ring a number to get the gate open.

everything was clean and orderly. Staff were willing to assist and make it work.

The breakfast was very simple. Not sure it was worth the $15, especially if all you have is a piece of toast and coffee, but it could be if you enjoy toast, muesli, cereal, or fruit. Barista coffee was an extra $5 but there is a coffee/hot choc machine included in the breakfast. The rooms are tight and compact. There wasn't a lot of space to 'put something' in the bathroom as it was a little pokey. But if this is a stop and stay, maybe a conference stop-over, then it works. No kitchenette but there is a bar fridge and coffee pot.

the doors to the rooms, the closing mecanism is to strong, while i realise that doors need to be secure, however thoughtless guests who just let the door bang behind them created a problem with constant banging at all hours. im not sure how you can fix this , but as one who stays in many hotes / motels thats not an issue in a majority of cases possibly worth looking at, as its the only downer to a wonderful stay.

Location is excellent for events at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre. Extras at the sports centre looked good though we did not use them. Rooms were small but clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was simple but reasonable and eating area is really nice. I enjoyed looking out over trees and fields (request an odd number room!)

Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. We didn't realise that the restaurant only opens Wed - Sun. Nothing else of note.

Staff very friendly and helpful and restaurant food was fantastic! Excellent chef.. bed comfortable, room clean. Location perfect, for walk to AFL football stadium so will stay again when going to AFL..

Bathroom was big, very clean, but terrible design! Weird toilet with no seat lid! Could smell. No exhausr fan so mirror fogged up! Small basin, no cabinet, nowhere to put hair-dryer or cosmetics when applying make-up. No where to hang clothes when showering and only 2 hooks for towels. Shower in the corner with just a curtain. Wondered if possibly minimal for wheelchair??? Would stay 1 or 2 nights only because of bathroom.

Great set up in the rooms. Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to help. Particularly the young guy on the desk Thursday lunch time. He was brilliant. Loved the family rooms and the two bathrooms. So close to the stadium which was very convenient. Loved being able to play Minigolf. Have already booked next stay there

One lift for the whole complex could get busy .

We enjoyed our stay at Elite. I was after a hotel that wasn't high rise with easy parking away from Surfers hustle. The hotel met our expectations. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. We had intention of going out for dinner but ended up staying at the hotel having drinks at the bar and a swim and then dinner in the restaurant. Dinner was amazing and I highly recommend.

Loved the fully disabled bathroom, perfect locating for commuting anywhere, and of a night time it’s so quiet and easy to sleep

We found the double bed to be a little on the small side, but was still comfortable…you only had 2 disabled parks (but 5 rooms) at times when we came back those parks were full and had to move the car later…so a few more of those would be handy for the future

location was perfect for the concert we were attending and our room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.

I was disappointed that the price for the room was doubled just because of a concert. There was only one person serving drinks at the bar even tho the place was so busy, they would of known in advance of the amount of people staying due to the pearl Jam concert.

Everything. 10 minute drive from Surfers and Theme Parks. Every shop you need not even 2 minutes up the road. bush land surrounding. spacious car park. so much room for kids to run around outside. free tennis court and racquet hire, free mini golf, lap pool, gym etc at the sports complex nearby. heated pool at hotel. cheap washing machines and dryers. restaurant on floor level. family room has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, another with shower and sink and another toilet on its own. it has a kitchenette with microwave, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. has small dining area. rooms were serviced daily. cleaning was perfect, no issues at all. it was great to go back to a clean space each day to relax in. can watch foxtel or stream your services to the tvs. free wifi which worked great. pool towels available for free. staff were lovely. only thing I recommend would be a toaster in the room. highly recommend this place to every one especially families
