Excellent location not far from the train station and Piazza Roma. Great interior lobby. Excellent rooms with great bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and relaxing, and the staff smartly asked us the night before for our preferred breakfast time to make sure there was enough room for the other guests. The staff also permitted us to store our baggage for the day after we checked out. We were able to retrieve our bags on the way to our train. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Excellent directions were sent in advance so hotel was easy to find from the train station. We arrived at 9am and were able to leave our bags till the 1pm check in time. We were also given a coffee and pastries on our arrival and the host took the time to explain the main sights of Venice and how to access them. Breakfast was amazing - great variety and excellent service. Our room was wonderful and spacious with a terrace and the shower was excellent - a rain shower style with hand held option.

Our room was a little hot - we prefer a cold room. However, we were able to open the door to the terrace for a breeze.

The hotel is an easy 8min walk (2 bridges, 1 ramp) from the bus/train stop at the Venice terminal. This is more important than you might realize until you are walking through town with airport-style roller suitcases where there are no cars, and bridges that have stairs. The courtyard has amazing atmosphere, the owners speak impeccable English, the continental breakfast was amazing (the made-to-order cappuccino was delicious), and the rooms were very quiet for being so close to everything.

This property is lovely. We had the junior suite which fitted two children and two adults perfectly there are stairs but not too many. The location is perfect for the train station and also for the water boats and 20 minutes to walk to Saint Marco Square.. we enjoyed catching the boats more especially in the summer. Breakfast is simple and lovely a selection of pastries, eggs, cereal, teas and coffees and a lovely lady who helps serve it all. The reception is Mann 24 hours a day and everyone on it is lovely and will give you all information you will ever need..

The property looked old. However, rooms, all furnitures and equipments like air conditioners were kept clean very well although there were antique furnitures. I understand those are well maintained and preserved. I smell mold at another accommodation. but I didn’t smell mold at all at this hotel. All staffs were very nice and friendly. We missed the breakfast due to the flight plan. However, they prepared packed breakfast before our leaving time. And it was very good.

The hotel is placed on 2nd floor but there is not lift. It may take time if you have lots of baggages.

Rooms were cosy and had character. Breakfast was lovely. Had a lovely courtyard. Hotel staff really helpful and have lots of advice/tips on where to go. Would definitely return.

There are a lot of stairs to reach the hotel reception/rooms, so sadly this would not be good if you have mobility issues. It was fine for us.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The breakfast quality and display was better than I have had at a 5 star hotel. The service was delivered by friendly and very welcoming staff. The room was perfect size for a family of 4. Our view was spectacular! I read reviews from others when I book my stays, and I hope that this review will encourage you to make a decision you won't regret. Did I mention how wonderful the breakfast was?!? The best we had in our two weeks in Italy!

We loved, LOVED, staying at this location. I am adding these comments for people who might need this information. The hotel, although incredible and beautiful, may not be the best option for those with limited physical abilities. There are many steps to get to the lobby floor with the rooms and dining hall. It is perfectly located to walk from the train station and walk to a cab for the airport, which is exactly what we needed, but it is opposite from St. Mark's piazza. The walks to and from are gorgeous but if people are using walkers, wheel chairs or have different abilities, you might struggle. I know, we will always stay at the Palazzo Odoni for all our future visits to Venice so we're staying travel fit!

Palazzo Odoni is remarkable with fantastic atmosphere. Our room for 4 was beautiful with high ceilings and terrazzo flooring. - extremely elegant. Breakfast was served in a lovely bright room with excellent coffee and a good range of food choices. The location is a perfect 6 minute walk from where our bus stopped at Piazzo Roma. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

While the room was a great size and the place is perfect for families. I don't think 4 of us could stay for more than a night or two. The decoration is a little tired, but so elegant.

Lovely hotel close to the train station. Fairly easy to navigate once you get your bearings in Venice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The rooms are nice and surprisingly spacious for a Venetian hotel. The breakfast in the morning is delicious - enough variety for anyone to find something they will enjoy.

As many people have mentioned, you definitely need to walk up several stairs to get to the lobby of the hotel. If you are uncomfortable with stairs, this could be a problem. There is no signage on the street to identify the hotel, so you need to be paying close attention to find it. The rooms are nice, but could use some updates.

Desk staff were all friendly, helpful and very approachable. Breakfast staff nit very cordial and never smiled. Junior suite was nice size, although if someone were to sleep in twin bed, they would not be able to stand up there. Bathroom was nice.Very easy walk from parking garage, even with your bags.it was very clean and breakfast had warmed pastries, meats, cheeses and fruits, as well as good coffee, waters and juices. They also had yougurt.

Room with twin beds was rather small for the money, but bathroom was nice. Steps up to Palazzo, as well as up to our rooms, were steep. The staff helped us with our luggage. The pictures on Booking did not quite live up to reality.
