Great location, near everything. We mostly walked everywhere. The room is small but sufficient. It was clean and neat. We only needed a place to sleep because we are out and about the entire day, so this room was perfect. Marlene was a a wonderful host.

Only thing that I would suggest is better block out of the bathroom window. It is on the main street side so whether people can see inside or not at night, it makes a person a little uncomfortable.

The room was more than comfortable. Carrissa organised a 2 plate stove for us to use in the room which I was so grateful for. Stay was comfortable and we just relaxed and did a day visit to Lesotho up to Afriski which is closed. The advert did not specify a 2 plate stove but Clarrissa made a plan and got a 2 plate stove which we appreciated.

Clarissa was friendly and helpful and walked the extra mile for us. Loved the room it had all we needed for our 29th wedding anniversary. 💑 Loved the names of the rooms, we stayed in the Hope room, lovely decorated. The view on the shared deck was beautiful. We had our morning and evening coffees on the deck, so peaceful. Thank you, Clarissa. we enjoyed our stay. Knock out view is a must stay when you are next in Clarens

The location is good. It is within walking distance from town square and plenty restaurants. Room was very neat and clean. Room service was great.

On our second morning we did not have hot water. (And it was very cold outside) however this might have been because a geyser is shared with neighbouring cabins.

Nice and cosy. As it is semi self catering, the host accommodated us at her best to enable us to cook food etc.

The smaller 3 units seem to have to one carport. It is thus 1st come, 1st serve. I would suggest adding more carports (one dedicated per room)

Undercover parking. Security. Own entrance gate. The view. Room was serviced. Coffee, tea and Milk provided. Hair dryer provided.

The fridge doesn't work. The rusks were tastless. Main bedroom lights too bright (I'm being picky. But you wouldn't know if I didn't tell you.) I would have preferred WhatsApp communication. Not sms.

Location was central and in a safe and secure neighbourhood- safe enough to walk around during the day and evening. The views from our patio and room were incredible. The rooms were comfortable, cosy, clean and everything we needed was in the unit. Our host was friendly and available.

The units are connected to each other through a thin wall so one can hear your neighbours in their units if they are louder than usual.

Knock out view exceeded my expectations. It was extra clean, no disturbing noise. As a church lady I loved it more for the names given to each room . Ours was named; FAITH. It related more to my daily prayer request thus having faith like Hebrews men & women. It is at the heart of clarens, we didn't have to use a car to go to places as everything was within reach. It is near a lot of eateries and entertainment facilities. I truly love knockout view clarens. This place is my second home, will call again soon and do recommend it to everyone looking for accommodation in Clarens Free State.

There's nothing I didn't like. The place has it all. There is nothing to complain about. It's value for money.

The overnight room was very comfortable for two people, with nice chairs and a lovely bed. Coffee/tea was provided, with fresh milk and rusks being a lovely touch. Private en suite bathroom was tidy and clean, although very small. All the information was clearly sent through before our arrival.

The walls between the overnight rooms are very thin, so we were thankful for quiet neighbors. The WiFi signal was bad and we could only get one device connected in the end. Overall very good for price.

The room was incredibly clean. Things were put in place for items in the room to be cleaned daily if needed. The owners were incredibly accommodating when booking the room. The room and whole area had a homely feel to it. Even with other people staying close, there were never any noise issues.
