The place is only 2 bus stops away from Interlaken OST station. However, we walked to the hostel the first day because it was Sunday and not many buses in service. Walking was easy - smooth path - and took 15 minutes (1 km.). I liked everything there from the kitchen, laundry area, toy room, garden, to the room. The staff were helpful. The last day after check out, we had already gone to the train station only to find out that my husband forgot his camera backpack at the hostel. I called and the staff looked for and kept it for him. If I go to Interlaken again, will stay here for sure Highly reccommend.

I think the floor in the room was not clean. Stepped on a lot of small pieces. The breakfast was not of much variety. However, you can always cook for yourself. That's what I did on the 2nd and 3rd mornings.

It was an amazing modern hostel. It was very spacious and had several common areas/lounges including a terrace with a garden. The tea is complimentary and there is a coffee machine to pay for. You got your own locker to unlock with the key card. The people staying in my dorm were the friendliest! The bathroom was in the dorm room which was very convenient. The hostel is next to a big park with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The location wasn't the greatest as it was at least 2 bus stops away from a train station and the groceries shops were also further away. I would also appreciate some more sockets in the lounge area. The beds felt quite shaky with every movement.

for the value you paid it’s actually more than to what they offer facilities that are needed were provided pantry where you can cook, charging station FOR FREE!! Imagine?

probably the breakfast? don’t get me wrong it’s quite decent bread variety of spreads, yogurt, oats coffee just wondering there’s not that much protein such as sausage okay it’s not a hotel! how about just egg? but overall highly recommended!

This place is situated in between both the interlaken ost and west, making it a super convenient spot for your travels within the regions. It's very close to sights and nearby stores. Plenty of space in the dorms, very secure. Facilities are great and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Travelling solo and staying here also made it quite easy to meet new people, as the common areas are huge!

Not a huge deal but the free breakfast is simple, so if you're a big breakfast person, it's definitely worth preparing your own meals or going into town for breakfast

breakfast was average, needed to be improved as there was only a few cereals, bread, yogurt, selections of coffee and tea. i know that some fruits in Switzerland are quite cheap compare to my home country, it would be nice if they provide fruits for breakfast. my room was too small and very packed however, there's a toilet inside the room. bathroom was quite dirty, and the drainage wasnt really good. The staffs were very helpful. what I love about my stay was my balcony facing the alps the view was insanely gorgeous!!! I would like to stay in the same room if I had the opportunity to visit interlaken again. Their kitchen was fully equipped and they provided dryer for free so you only pay for washing machine which is only $4.

Can I say already that I want to comeback there?! What a wonderful place to stay! Staff is so kind to you, super comfortable beds, bathrooms are clean. There’s a toilet inside the room without shower and for the floor there’s more 2 toilets and 3 showers. They were always super clean and its such a comfortable place to use. It’s well located and the best thing is that you can feel how people care about the place. Breakfast was a plus for me, I was not expecting that (Bread is delicious 🤤). If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Interlaken, thats the place!

The connection was not fast. But I felt it was something around Interlaken region cause my 5G was also bad there.

There are too many things to like about this hostel! The lockers in the room are controlled by room cards, so it’s very safe! They even have lockers in the basement, I stored my suitcase there after checkout. They’re locked by hostel keys, you can add your locks as extra locks. There are little storages near the reception for phone charging. Too many nice little things about this place to list out. The free local bus is also very useful, I travelled by that twice, could really have used it more

The floor can make some sounds when I walk on it. The wall is quite not soundproofing, but the hostel has the rule that people should keep between 10pm-8am so that’s still fine

This hostel is amazing, and I would recommend it to all solo travelers and even couples (try to get a private room) to try this once. The best part is that you get to interact with people across the globe. You can get snow boots for free for a day, though I was carrying mine, but they are available in the hostel. You also get free lockers if you arrive before checkin time or you have a day to spend even after check out, which is amazing. We loved this hostel, and the location is amazing. Quite walkable (10-15 mims) from the station, and they will give u day passes for local transportation. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, and they take good care of the guests.

The kitchen is generally well-equipped, but during busy times, it can feel a bit overcrowded. With multiple cuisines being prepared at once, the mingling of different food aromas occasionally creates an overpowering smell. Improving ventilation or adding a separate cooking area might help create a more pleasant and comfortable cooking environment for everyone. Other than this, the space is convenient and provides most of what you need!

Very nice environment, friendly stuff, good space inside the dormitory and super practical accommodation. It has a very convenient kitchen you can use 24/7 (fridge, stoves, microwave and with all the necessities), lockers, washing machines for your clothes, large common areas which make it easier to meet people and the location is near the center of Interlaken with shops and restaurants nearby and around 10-15 minute walk from the Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West train station on each side. I would definitely suggest it to friends, perfect for solo travelers and families as well.

The breakfast could be a bit more rich but for the price I wasn’t expecting anything to be honest.
