Location was very good. Right in the centre of Interlaken and close to all amenities. Train station west very near and shops close by. The staff were very helpful and helped us a lot when we arrived late due to a delay of our flight. The room was always very clean and warm. Good supply of toiletries. We always found two bottles of water after the cleaning was done as well as coffee, tea and milk sachets in the room. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

We liked the hotel it was clean comfortable with delicious breakfast and perfect location in the centre of the city, but we had simple misunderstanding as i booked the hotel twice in two different dates, when we arrived they told us everything was payed for and we don't have to worry that its two bookings, but as we were leaving and want to check out we found out that there's still some payment needed from us that we missed but didn't expect, of course we checked again and it was true and we payed everything BUT it was confusing especially that it apeared as we were leaving and after we were told everything was fine before, this misunderstanding cost us to stay longer for check out and miss our plans for the day and the staff were not friendly, we would never have left the hotel without paying everything needed from us but when we asked why we were not told before they blamed each other... they said the staff who checked us in made a mistake,... this hotel was amazing and I truly recommend it, and we were planning to visiting again but what happened in the end of our stay make me doubt that we will be back

The hotel is next to the train and bus station (3-4 minutes by walk) surrounded by grocery stores, shops and restaurants. It is located at the city centre. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, nice and big enough with comfy beds. Breakfast food was fairly good amd had somehow good variaties. The hotel has 2 elevators, 1 small and old and the other is big and modern. The hotel is renovated and in a good condition. The check out time is around 11:30 am. If you need to stay more till 2 pm, you need to pay CHF 50 extra. So many halal restaurants are around the hotel.

Krebs has character and charm and while that might suggest outdated to some, the bathrooms and floors in the rooms have been modernised. The charm remained intact yet the convenience and cleanliness of a modern bathroom was greatly appreciated. It is very close to Interlaken west rail station and the west section of Interlaken is great for shopping, adventure tours and restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and cheery.

The wi-fi was available but not accessible in the room I stayed in. I can’t comment on the restaurant as I didn’t eat there.

The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

I didn't like the fact that at breakfast there were always products missing, and they were brought very late or not at all from the kitchen. For example, on the last morning, at 8 o'clock in the morning, there were no croissants at all, there was no cheese, no butter, no watermelon.

Everything was perfect except the bed was not comfortable and the mattress for the double bed was separated (two parts) each party has his own, the staff was so friendly and helpful the hotel is really nice and good.

The bed was not comfortable, the smell of the cooking in the kitchen goes to all rooms need to have some remedy and solutions to Expel cooking smells outside the hotel.

The location couldn't be more convenient - right off of the Interlaken West train station, with plenty of bus stops nearby to connect to the rest of Interlaken and the Jungfrau region. We loved the facilities, super clean and quite spacious for a European basic hotel room. The breakfast was incredible, best hotel breakfast I've had at this price! Despite being in the middle of town it was very quiet, we heard no noise and had a great night's sleep every night (although that could be due to all the hiking we were doing). Would absolutely return!

The wifi is a bit spotty, but we had international data so this wasn't a big deal.

Hotel staff very helpful. Really close to the train station. Room size was good. Breakfast had a good choice. Had extra pillows available. Great amenities in the bathroom. When we would leave our room we could smell the wonderful fondue cooking.

Shower the bath, only a problem because I was travelling with some older. Took a long time for the water to drain. A crack in the bathroom mirror.

The hotel is located in the close proximity of the Interlaken West Station. It is so convenient that you can travel to many different areas by train, bus, bike, etc. The hotel has an excellent restaurant itself and there are also many nice choices nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend the room with balcony, where a spectacular view can be enjoyed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location. 2 min walk from railway station. Very good breakfast and good restaurant and bar inside. Great front desk with 24-hour lemon water to drink. The free vanities given were so enjoyable. Hot water kettle with complimentary tea and coffee selection. Shower was good and house keeping staff were great. Everything was good. Great place to stay in interlaken.
