This was a return visit for my wife and I. We stayed at the Embassy 18 months ago and were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the coffee club in the hotel and the level of comfort. We don't like cities but the Embassy is comfortable enough to make you forget you're in the heart of a major city. The rooms are clean and nicely presented and large enough for friends to gather for a coffee and a chat. We will definitely stay at the Embassy again when we are next in the city. Thankyou

The only downside this trip was the construction next door. We understand this is beyond the control of the hotel and as such this has not tarnished or influenced the opinions of my wife and I.

Hassle free check-in/checkout, great price for a weekend booking, courteous staff, comfortable nice sized apartment with a nice city facing view from the 10th floor.

We ordered Menulog through the hotels specified set menu, which in itself was far too small (choice of 4 restaurants) and a hefty 15% tax on-top of the already steep Menulog price - however the food never came, after waiting close to an hour the food was never dropped off and we were not able to order elsewhere so they should look at teeing up with uber rather than Menulog. Also, the bed was infact 2 beds joined together, which can make for an uncomfortable rest.

Great location on North Terrace, with the free trams running by regularly, and close to the main train station. Good kitchen and lounge area with natural light; internal bed and bathroom. Great Cafe with good menu at reasonable prices.close to Botanic Garden, Art Gallery, University and many places of interest.

Balcony and outdoor table covered in thick layer of dust. Yes, a building in progress next door, but obviously no effort being made to eliminate dust on a regular basis.

The room was very comfortable, bed for two people was big and comfy, kitchen was functioning well. Access to the tram was very easy, to get to the entertainment centre. Pubs and restaurants in walking distance, as well as a convenience store. The Mall is not far either. All in all a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Communication with regards to parking our car could have been better. We were quoted $20 per day , however had to pay $30 per day instead. Unfortunately we did not take note of the person‘s name that dealt with us nor did we get this quote in writing. The room was fitted out with disability equipment in bathroom/shower, which we didn’t require. Bathroom sink was much too low, and toilet too high.

The location is fantastic, close enough to shops and a stroll down Rundle Mall with the kids. The staff were awesome, very friendly, kind and considerate. We had booked a room with a balcony but had to ask for our balcony door to be locked by key as the little ones were attempting to unlock it and go out. The staff were straight on it, locked it for us and offered to unlock it everytime we needed/wanted. (Couldn't supply a key to us for security reasons). My kids LOVED the spa bath, sauna and swimming pool. My partner has used the gym on our other stays. We checked out an hour late and weren't given any hassle. Over all, it was a terrific stay and we look forwards to our 4th stay next year.

Overall the acoomodation is pretty good, everything you would need for a couple of nights in the city.

We did have a false fire alarm and the spa bath didn't work.

The size of it, bed comfortable, staff lovely. Sauna and pool nice

Not many kitchen items to cook with, could do with a freshen up with skirts (chipped and cracked and paint come off) and bathroom (bin was all rusty) ‘Breakfast provided’ the way this was done was confusing with the card you’re given. Also was told children are not included in it. I used the card on our last day which said it was to the value of $25. I was meant to pay $4 out of pocket for my order. My bank transaction shown was charged the full amount. Lift was also out of order, and the spa was as well which was a little disappointing as it wasn’t mentioned when booking

As per usual outstanding service View was as requested great room for a beautiful view room 1316 staff are lovely and very friendly I'm a regular guest and will continue to stay at the embassy Reception staff are so welcoming & polite

Internet access was terrible TV's dobt connect easily to new technology like laptop or smart phones Internet access has always been a issue for me everytime I stay unfortunately I was in room 1316

Loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Has everything you would need for a stay longer than a week. Location is great and that there were 3 elevators so you didn't have to wait too long to get to your floor. Security was good too. Liked that there was a Coffee Club downstairs which had seating outside as well as inside, beautiful on a summers day. Trams and train not far away. Balcony on the apartment was nice, has seating for 2. The bed was great and the linen was comfy too.

Could have used more towels as I stayed 5 nights. Hygiene products could have been a little more upmarket. There was a power point behind the bed where the lights were plugged into. One of the plugs protruded out against the bed thus the movement of the bed caused the power point to break through the gyprock which meant that the power point was difficult and potentially dangerous to use. I needed to use the point as I use a CPAP machine while sleeping and the power source needs to be near the head of the bed. This was brought to the attention of the concierge who took photos and was going to raise this with maintenance.

Excellent location for the Adelaide Convention Centre. Also, very handy for the (free) tram within the CBD. 1-bedroom apartment was perfectly fine. Didn't end up using the pool (weather was unusually cold for November) or gym. The couple of staff members that I interacted with were helpful and pleasant.
