The rooms are nice and spacious, the price is great, and it's close to the park (battlegrounds). The staff was friendly and the hotel as clean as a whistle. Very well kept and modern. Rooms are quiet (but not many guests during our stay).

The breakfast is much to be desired. Sausage, eggs, waffles, orange juice, milk, apple juice, coffee, etc. However, it was also in the other hotel, which is like walking a labyrinth. Everything is in the Eisenhower (including the pool). The restaurant is only open weekends, and the menu is just okay. They charge for hot drinks in the lobby that come out of a machine, the vending machines are cash only, the staff (although friendly, don't look happy to be there), the room coffee machines have 1 creamer in the packet, 2 sugars, and stiring straw. The coffee given is lousy and not enough creamer or sugar. They should try to be more like the Hilton and Drury Hotels. Free coffee all day to guests, flavored creamers, hot Cocao, tea....

The property was very nice, spacious rooms and located in a great area to explore Gettysburg! Free parking was great, so many places to park and the lobby was quite large also! Laundry was a bonus for us, however it was quite a walk as located in the other hotel but was still better than not having one at all! Cool to have slot machines in the lobby as well for guests to utilise. The option to order room service from the restaurant was definitely great as well and the beds were very comfortable!

The only thing that was a negative for us was that the pool was closed for majority of our stay due to an event booking it out, we were also only told this a week out from staying, after we had booked and paid for the property which was a bit disappointing but it was a very minor issue in comparison to the positives.

The property was extremely clean and if you are a civil war fan they have real building on there front lawn and if you really like spooky ghost stuff my wife captured a civil war soldier ghost in the window of those buildings( not the hotel it is super not spooky and extremely comfortable).

My only complaint is the gps brought me In one way and a rv was blocking the entrance but if I would have used my eyes and seen the enter sign I could have saved 10 minutes and used the other entrance and been good but that is my gps and it being dark at check in not the hotels fault

The room was quite large, very clean and well furnished. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet despite being close to a noisy elevator. Breakfast choices were very good. Front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. Somehow we got a fantastic rate for the room on the night we stayed; we're not sure if such rates are usually available. Close to Gettysburg battlefield.

The breakfast location was a long distance from the hotel through a maze of connecting rooms with inadequate signage. Isolated location - not close to restaurants or other services and no really quick access to highway. Phone in room was not working.

I reserved 4 rooms for myself and 7 friends and we are all still talking about how nice the rooms were, with refrigerators and microwave for our late night snack. We were right next to each other so it was convenient, and all agree they were such comfortable beds, lots of pillows, spacious shower, everything was so clean and well maintained, it was lovely!! Top it off we enjoyed an excellent breakfast together in the morning. It was perfect!

I should mention that I got a pretty good discount for my stay, which gave it an extra point or so. But overall this was a pleasant surprise. The beds and room were comfortable, and the room was very quiet, which is important to me. Breakfast was a definite plus -- real eggs, real bacon, real roast potatoes. Wifi is pretty good. The location is good though not ideal, but places closer to the battlefield are pricier and the extra couple of miles was no big deal.

The coffee is dreadful -- weak and acidy. Front desk staff was polite but not terribly helpful. For example, I had a question about the wifi but there was no instruction to use the room phone to call the front desk (and dialing 0 had not effect), so I had to go downstairs to ask. When I mentioned this, the clerk just shrugged and mumbled the code was 701 (or something). My freezer was completely iced up -- I menitioned this to the clerk, who (again) shrugged and suggested I turn the setting down -- which would probably help in a few days but was obviously not useful information for me then. On checkin, the clerk told me the important sites (and sites) were "just a mile away" which is simply not true -- more like 5 - 10. Not a big deal, but odd that she wouuldn't know.

It is in a great location and new updates make it very presentable. Overall the breakfast was great, the sausage was greasy and they ran out of scrambled eggs the second day we were there.

Not enough clarification on having to go to breakfast in the adjoining hotel. They need to explain to guests so we didn’t have to stop other workers asking where to go for breakfast. We also did not know we could use the pool at the Eisenhower Hotel. That information would have been important to get.

Who ever the woman was working the front desk sat the 13th at noon was absolutely amazing!!! She was very helpful and informative. We later saw her walking around the hotel and she stopped to see how we were doing. All and all great stay, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Needs better toiletries in bathrooms.

Large room, very clean, good location

Had to pay for lobby coffee, no staff on duty after hours. Had a problem with my room key and had to go over to the Eisenhower Hotel to get it corrected.

Hotel, and location were great. Staff greeted me everytime I came to and thru the lobby.

Breakfast and pool were far from the main hotel, and especially at night it was so eerie and quiet during our stay (I didn't mind, but wife was creeped out) the pool was heated "in spots", but the pool area was also "under renovation" wife and I swam alone in dark pool room while russian men spackled and listened to russian radio. Interesting experience, but not really a complaint.
