Although looking a little tired the hotel had everything I needed. It wasn't far from Rotterdam Centraal Station and I found plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel was quiet, which I appreciated and the curtains fully blocked the light.
For my stay it was fine but I noticed there was only Heating not Airconditioing which might be a problem in warmer weather. It is an older hotel and I'm guessing is due for renovation shortly. Being City Centre there wasn't a view but that was a small price.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was excellently situated for us. We were not far from the main train station, nor was it far from the center. The room was pleasant and after each return we were greeted by a tidy room with clean towels. And those beds!! Just like in heaven🙏 So satisfaction👍

I thought the hotel had a very nice appearance. we were welcomed by very friendly staff and even had a nice chat. we then got our ticket and went to our room. it was everything we needed with some extra touches like the chocolate and rose. the view over the center was also nice. i had a perfect night and will come back more often! thank you to the staff!

A good room with good location, decent space.
The bathroom wasn't the best. Also the shower water felt a little weird idk how to describe it tbh. They also didn't make the bed again when cleaning the room so idk what was with that.

Value for the money. If you just need hotel - nothing more, it's excellent. Spirit of the place it is one of the rare buildings in Rotterdam surviving the 1940 bombing. It's just in the centre of the city.

Kind stuff. At first we got a noisy room for 3 ppl and uncomfortable beds but then we asked to change and they gave us room for 4 ppl quite and clean

nice area to walk around , beautiful buildings and shopping was great.
well not too much seeing it is the oldest hotel in the area, upkeep would be enormous job to do. so just being old is enough said
