The cleanliness was poor. The towels were changed in the bathroom, but shampoo and shower gel were not provided. The room was also dusty. And besides Mr. Mark, the staff at the reception were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I went to buy shampoo in my pajamas at midnight. I asked for housekeeping to be warned, but they didn't take it seriously.

The personnel was very kind and helpful and always at our disposal. The room was very clean, roomy with a great view (we were on the 8th floor), there was coffee machine and coffee and a kettle for tea. Even the soaps at the room (sampoo, conditioner) were very good quality. The location is very good because it is close to a very beautiful canal with green which is quiet, but also close to the shopping centre, the Erasmus bridge, the museums and Euromast (walking distance). The train station is in walking distance and there is also tram and metro stations outside the hotel.

The review corresponds to the deluxe double room we booked (we didn't want it to be deluxe, there was just not availability to others). The reservation was for two rooms, the second was a single room which was located in a different wing of the hotel (old building). When we did the reservation we asked to have rooms close to one another but the hotel responded that there is a different wing that has the older rooms and the other the deluxe rooms, so they couldn't do that except if we would upgrade the room to deluxe. The friend who stayed at the single room told us that her room was old and very small looking more like a ship cabin than hotel room, so we wouldn't recommend rooms from the older building. The single room didn't have coffee machine but only a kettle.

Nice room altho we upgraded it was good value, fairly close to amenities and the river, nice decorations

Had to complain abt the cleaner, not attention to detail in room but a small thing as we were happy enough.

The staff, who were so friendly and helpful; the location, which was excellent for some of the sights, the shopping areas and location to the Central Station; the room was larger than expected but the bed was so comfortable and the shower head excellent for a good shower; WiFi was very quick; the room was always kept in a clean and tidy condition, with very friendly and helpful staff, who changed the towels daily; there was a coffee machine, to enjoy a drink. Breakfast was excellent. The most important bonus for us was that our return trip on Eurostar was cancelled, but they helped us stay another night.

TV channels were very limited, so there wasn't much to watch when we stayed in; our room was probably too big for us really so the temperature was quite low; the heating system was low and very noisy, so we had to go into bed to warm up; the bath was so large/deep that it took a long time to fill it up - although my wife did enjoy it later on; the room seemed quite dark, albeit with a few lights in the room.

Everything was perfect! Delicious breakfast, perfect location within walking distance to the all main city attractions, close to the railway station a public transport. No problem with late check in.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The only minus was parking. We arrived on friday night and hotel parking was full. According to the info from hotel the other option was Museum parking garage. It is quite close but we have problem with payment. Parking machines didn't accept cards issued outside Netherlands (I don't know if the problem is temporary or not) and there is only one which accepts cash (max banknote is 20€). Unfortunately we had only 100€ but hotel staff was super kind and gave us change.

Wanted a hotel within a 10-to-15-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal Train Station and located conveniently to explore Rotterdam. The Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was perfect. So nice that we could drop off our luggage after our cruise and they also let our friends store their luggage as well, since our room was not ready early in the day. The hotel is so centrally located near museums, shops and restaurants. We even walked by the hotel on our Free Walking Tour Rotterdam (which I would highly recommend). Our city view room was so comfortable. Lots of space with a large desk and a couple of chairs. Beautiful views of Rotterdam from the oversized windows. Definitely add breakfast. Love the huge selections of fresh Dutch cheeses, smoked salmon and thinly sliced beef. The bread was so delicious, especially the brown bread with fig and nuts. The bread pudding was a nice breakfast indulgence. The orange juice was so fresh. Grab a latte or cappuccino to start your day. The outside garden is so peaceful for breakfast. If you didn't get enough steps, there is a small gym, but after 26,000 steps, I just relaxed in the sauna late at night. Had the space to myself which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay in Rotterdam. One of our favorite hotels for our Holland/Norway/Paris Olympics vacation. Got a great deal on Booking.com. That we had to leave

Everything applies only to room 5083. It had really great panoramic view (8th floor), but windows were quite dirty. Large nice room with luxorious feel. Especially enjoyed large bluetooth speakers that were integrated into TV cabinet. Capsule coffe was very good. Breakfast was nice enough, but would like to have also porridge options.

Entire shower/bath/wc area was badly designed, did not have proper ventilation, had fould smell after door had been closed for long time. Shower cabin was very tiny, could not really enjoy shower because of that. Also, shower leaked heavily on the floor, flowing towards toilet. I had to clean it every time after shower. Water pressure was weak too. Toilet bowl was so close to wall, I had to sit at the angle on it to not hit my head against wall. AC was working but I could not adjust it, because adjustment panel was broken.

Very spacious hotel room, with a very beautiful view. Very good location, 10 minutes' walk from the central train station, the metro and tram station in front of the hotel, very close to shopping centers, cafes, parks, museums.

Cold in the room, the temperature is fixed at 20 degrees and can (theoretically) be adjusted by +/- 3 degrees, but in reality no difference was felt. The decor is a bit dated. The sound insulation is not very good -- the guests in the next room were very "active" and loud, luckily it didn't last too long :).

The room is quite spacious, clean. Good location - 10 minutes from the train station and many attractions and restaurants within reach, but you have to walk a bit to the Markthal, but the metro is almost at the door. The service is good - you can see that the staff are trying very hard. I was lucky and got a room already after 10:00.

It's interesting, that we should pay - property service charge (€ 3.75 × 1 guest × nights) and have to pay a deposit of 100 euros. In my case, the wake-up call did not work. Poor pressure and temperature control in the shower - it's good that there was a bath.

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is varied and tasty. The staff is kind and responsive. We ordered a room suitable for people in wheelchairs, the room provided fully met our requirements - it had a comfortable toilet and an equipped shower. The hotel also has elevators and lifts. Convenient location - close to the train station and close to the city center and its attractions.
