Positon great access to all transport 3 mins to Liverpool Street. Lots of eateries and Eataly opposite the accomodation is fantastic.

Property a little tired since last stayed 7 years ago. Renovations are happening, this may help.We were at the front of the building-very bright at night with Main Street lighting. If it is a worry you ask for a non street facing room. We had notified the Property that we would be about 1 1/2 hours early due to travel plan changes. They said they would try and accommodate us. We arrived and the Manager said our room was ready but we would have to pay £25 per hour to go in early!! London Hospitality? Given we had already paid £780 for 3 nights we thought this was unreasonable. The manager said he had no option it was the property rules. We did not pay.

The location was great. The room itself was fairly well maintained, all clean and to a high degree. Complimentary tea and coffee. Good range of amenities in the room.

No bath, unfortunately, and the shower was slightly uncomfortable to access. Tiles in the bathroom were stained. I found the bed uncomfortable, but my partner said it was ok. A 5% service charge was required on our departure. Why not add it to our bill to begin with?

Right by Liverpool St if you want that end of town. Relatively quiet given location. Nice temperature and good facilities.

Not a lot. Bed a little small for what we’re used to. Not sure I’d cook a full meal to eat in - a little kitchen but no dining table.

We have used this hotel on several occasions and find it secure, well placed with easy access to tube/train/buses including Liverpool Street station -which now connects directly with Heathrow. Our studio was not ready on arrival but were bumped up to well appointed suite which was clean, spacious and well appointed. Staff looked after luggage in secure location until access time. Would use 196 in preference to comparatively cramped hotel room in London anyday. Tesco's close to the premises as are many other shops and eateries.

The air conditioning unit failed while we were there and brought this to the attention of staff. We were informed that they did not indicate that aircondioning was an essential vacilities item in their room descriptions - which is true. However, they kindly provided us with a pedestal fan in lieu (quickly) which was a help and appreciated.

The location is ideal! it's literally 1 min from Liverpool Street Station and there's a lot of eatery and food around. Still feels safe. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room very practical with washing machine, iron, tea kettle etc We slept very well on the bed, nice mattress. Very bright due to the big windows, but need to close the blinds to change. Easy to look in. But during the day that's not an issue. Will probably come again. Good value for money, especially in London

The widows don't close well, so especially on a Saturday, the noise from the pubs around is very loud although our room was to the back. Several things in the room were just slightly faulty, but were replaced, when we asked for it. The night light flickered, they replaced it. The top of the iron's plug just fell off (really not safe), got a different iron. The handle of the window almost fell off, decided to just not open that one again... The reception area was being renovated. Didn't feel fancy walking through a construction site, but will be much nicer next time

Good location in the City right next to Liverpool St Station with a Tesco and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment has a decent size and is great for a short business stay. Equipment is ok.

The furniture is meanwhile somewhat tired. Stayed here the last time in 2019 before the pandemic and nothing has really changed. No WiFi code in my room. Windows did not close very well so that there was noise from the pub next door until late. Fridge was not cleaned properly. There was a bit of chaos due to internet issues and I was only able to get my key card on the second evening. The employee who went with me to my room to let me in was not very polite and did not even offer to help with my luggage that had to be carried up some stairs. The lady at reception seemed disinterested at best and was in a private video call that she reluctantly paused for checking me in.

Excellent large suites. Clean and comfortable.

Reception tried to charge me 5% on top of the booking.com fee already completed and paid. I think it was a scam by the staff. I called booking.com who confirmed that it was not in the small print of their contract.

The location, literally across the road from Liverpool St Station is perfect. The penthouse was very spacious and good to have the 2 good sized bedrooms and bathroom on a separate level.

Despite the 'no parties' rule in the booking, the next door apartment in the block were having a very noisy 'hen party' all evening. We were pretty exhausted by the time we got in but this could have been a downer on what is a nice apartment and place to stay. The showers left a lot to be desired and I would say not commensurate with the quality of the apartment. The kitchen bin was broken - please just replace what is a cheap bin! Finally, on checkout we were asked to pay an 'optional service charge' of about £20... we declined.

Ahmed at the front desk was absolutely amazing. His kindness, helpfulness, and understanding after a grueling 24-hour flight were truly appreciated. The room exceeded my expectations - high ceilings, impeccably clean, and a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I've seen reviews mentioning the couches looking old, but let me assure you, it's more of a rustic charm than anything. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, allowing me to sleep like a baby. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Despite any initial worries from previous reviews, upon arrival, I knew I had made the right choice. Fabulous location, fabulous staff, and fabulous apartments. Highly recommend! I will be back!

There was a little water leak in the roof, no big deal. No dryer for the washer but the heaters did the trick so no issue there.

The location was really convenient and the reason for why we booked this apartment hotel! The staff was friendly and everything was quick and easy. Bed was really comfy. Free luggage storage after check out. The one bedroom apartment was surprisingly big and though the windows were facing stairs outside gladly there were no people using the stairs so the place still felt private.

It was a bit cold and the place could use some renovation (little bit of mold and water damage in bathroom) but honestly nothing alarming. Hotels in London are pretty expensive and the quality doesn't often match the price but the issue is with the whole city, not just this place.
