Perfect location ! Lovely staff. Easy access. Great views. Clean included coffee and tea all kitchen utensils provided. Good storage!

The stairs to the top floor were a lot but it was fine because we are fit and healthy a nice little workout as No lift access. So if you aren’t good with stairs the top terrace room probably isn’t a good idea lol. WiFi didn’t work but didn’t need so wasn’t too much of an issue for me & didn’t ask for router to be reset. So could have been sorted.

Stayed previously, so knew what to expect. Room is at the top of the building, so around 4-5 flights of stairs to go up, but the bonus is that you don't have any noise surrounding you. The terrace is great, but wasn't used as it was freezing this time. Comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom with small kitchenette.

Only complaint is the squeaky floors, this needs replacing. Hotel stated this was on the future plans.

Very comfy bed, quiet area, fantastic staff, cosy little hideaway. Excellent facilities, shower just needs a little look at, very clean, brilliant nights sleep. Overall very happy with staying and would book again.

Shower was a bit dodgy, the shower head is too big for the space it's in, when you open the doors to turn on the shower, you and the bathroom get soaked. Working out the hot water is a bit hit and miss, as the fixings are loose. Also, lamp by bed doesn't work.

Small but comfortable room, with a little outside space with table and chairs Great location,close to Liverpool Street Station and lots of bars/restaurants and shops. Very quiet considering its location

Some outside lights for the seating area would be a good idea. But everything else was great.

We were upgraded to a larger room which was really nice, more like a studio flat, the bed was really comfortable , the shower was good, having a small kitchenette was really convenient.

Nets or blinds at the window would have been better as we had to keep the curtains shut at all times for privacy, so no natural light. There was a bit of noise from outside so if you’re a light sleeper it may be difficult but it didn’t bother us.

It was a well appointed room. It had a kitchenette and enough space for our luggage. It is in a fantastic location being very close to Liverpool train station and walking distance to iconic London land marks, including London Bridge, Tower Bridge The Thames, The Monument to the great fire of London and the Sky Garden.

The accommodation was hard to find at night as it was just a door that was amongst other commercial businesses. We were up 4 flights of stairs and after a full day of sightseeing was hard. Lugging suitcases up and down the stairs was also difficult.

The location was fabulous. The facilities were excellent. the staff were very pleasant and they minded our luggage even after we checked out. We had our teen daughter with us and there was plenty of room for the three of us.

Very central and near everything like bus stops tube and rail station. Short walk to Tower Bridge area.

Very busy bars at nighttime spilling out onto the streets. Loud until around 12am... Fine if you are planning on a fun weekend with friends. Neighbours upstairs were playing loud music until around 1am but I emailed the staff and they returned to the property to deal with it. The staff were very good.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Helped carrying luggage up and down and supported us with water bottles when needed. Good size on the room. Location was excellent, near underground and buses, lots of restaurants and bars. 20 min walk to London Tower. 5 min to Brick Lane. 45 min to Covent Garden if you prefer a longer walk

Need more frequently maintenance on the small stuff like tighten screws and make sure everything is in order. Its all in the details ;)

Location is excellent, you can see 'Eataly' from the moment you walk out, couple of minutes walk to Liverpool street, lots of nice bars and restaurants around. Very helpful at location, we were upgraded from a small double to a suite which was amazing. Beds extremely comfy. Nice living room area to relax in, comfortable and modern furniture. Couldn't really notice any outdoor noise. 2 Bathrooms which were lovely and rainfall style shower heads. TV, wifi (wifi names on the door). Very safe with key codes generated for each stay. Excellent heating and cooling controls. Can't fault it at all, will definitely be back. We were also able to store luggage when we checked out so we could explore, kept safely at location with number tags in a locked room.
