We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helped us arrange trips. The facilities were perfect for families with kids. They had a nice kids club where you could hide during the heat and even offered a babysitting service. The pools were amazing, and there was a great variety - good for swimming, good for kids to play in, and there was also a pool bar. It is right on the beach side. The currents and waves were a bit strong for a young child, but we saw turtles swimming in the water, which was very special. The room was spacious but a bit run down. Overall, it was a great place, and we would love to come back.

Buffet breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly. Beautiful facilities and environment. Not too crowded. Luxurious rooms.

Lack of access to bottled / safe water to refill water bottles etc. I understand the desire to reduce plastic usage, but people just bring in bottles from Indomart etc. instead. It would help if there were water barrels in the corridor perhaps for people to access safe drinking water. Also, it was hard to dry wet clothes or swimwear in rooms. The brochure on laundry services is inconsistent with the pay per bag approach. Whilst the resort is wonderful, Unfortunately trash outside the resort is becoming a problem.

The resort has several facilities and is comfortable. Standard rooms are very comfortable and have a really nice view. The resort, in general, is west-facing, so sunsets from the beach or from the bar are top. There is no Grab, Gojek, Blue Bird in Kuta, so you need a private car booked through the hotel to get into town. Standard fare (May 2024) for an evening out is 100K Rp return (the driver will wait for you). We did not rate the location (away from Kuta) as a negative: Kuta is a nice place for a night out, but there is nothing other than bars and restaurants, so you won't miss anything if you don't stay there. Also, we were not impressed by the beach either.

Food in the restaurant is average (e.g. grilled chicken and fish were overcooked and chewy) and overpriced and cocktails disappointing (get a beer or wine). Go to Kuta instead. It'll be better quality and cheaper (even if you include the price of the taxi).

Location very good near Kuta center to go by taxi. Where there for good surfing Tanjung aan beach was little paradise simple but perfect very idealistic. We had 2 rooms, 1-2 person en 1-2person with shared pool. Feels like a small village and everything in hotel was close. Massage was great by July nice spa area. Breakfast everything you need and more. Gardeners for all the plants and trees looks amazing. Good cleaning. Were there for 6 days and when you visit waterfalls and do other stuff in area nice to come back in hotel.

Kids pool little bit small but kids liked it

Breakfast was excellent, as were the pools and the proximity to the beach. There were no crowds and we felt very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly! The option to rent scooters through Lombok Beauty Tour & Travel was very easy and affordable. We were given fresh towels and water in our room every day. The beds are big so we didn't need an extra bed for our 9 year old, she slept in the bed with us.

Please note that the accommodation is in the 'middle of nowhere', if you want to go into town you can rent a scooter or use the transfer service provided by the hotel, which is very cheap. It's great because it's quiet, we walked a lot, went to the nearby hill, had a beachwalk to Kuta afternoon at low tide. The air conditioning in the room was a bit loud, and even though it was on the lowest setting, it was very strong - and we had it set at 25 degrees. The price of the accommodation is almost European.

Restaurant service staff: Service at restaurant was very poor on several occasions. Either the staff were inattentive, making a mess of our food orders, or they were unable to understand spoken English. Location: Distance from Kuta main area a little too far to walk.

Simply wonderful. We had plans to visit the most beautiful places in Lombok, but once we arrived at the hotel, we did not leave the premises. Coming out of the car that brought us, we were greeted by Risman, a gentleman, attentive, very, very friendly, and every day we were there he made us feel at home. In addition, the reception with Soleha attended to us as well as Risman, very nice people, and of course all the work staff were very focused on making your vacation very attended and relaxed. At Novotel was where our relaxation began after days of visiting different places. Totally recommended.

What we didn't like was the number of children selling near the beach. They are still children.

1.The location is located nearby Bukit Seger (walking distance) which the beach has crystal blue water. 2. Beach front resort 3. Friendly, caring, trusted Staff. I mistakenly left my handphone during breakfast and they kept it safely for me. 4. A of garden, patio, beach, sun-lounger, cushion at the beach for you to rest and watch sun set in the evening 5. Guests can have canoeing activity by paying RP100K per hour at the beach

Probably I was unlucky during my visit since there were a lot of seaweed at the beach which will not make you feel comfortable to swim at the front beach. Luckily there is a backup beach at Bukit Seger. The village seller keep pushing you to buy their things while you are resting infront of the beach

Novatel Lombok was on the beach front about a 30-minute walk from the main town. The room was very spacious and clean. It looked over the resort as was further back from the beach. The food was amazing, and the buffet offered a variety of meals to suit all dietary requirements. The omelettes were freshly cooked at breakfast. The staff were always friendly and helped out if needed. The pool was relaxing a little outdated however was nice looking over the beach. The gardens were spectacular, and the gardeners have put a lot of work into maintaining this esp with how dry it was. I had the Traditional Susak massage which was great too in the resort spa. The cleaners did an excellent job daily, sweeping, mopping the corridors and rooms and using tea tree for a nice clean fresh fragrance. The aircon worked well too and TV was a good size.

The racetrack next door was noisy most days with motorbikes zooming around so not a peaceful location if that is what you're looking for.

great value for money . hotel was really nice and quiet . receptionist are the best . they are so kind and helpful . i hope hotel management see the review and give good word for the staffs . room was also big and bed was comfortable . but the room i stay , door was not so good sometimes stuck ,, i think they need to fix the door . except that 80 usd really well spent ...

ah,, there was racing near by ,, you can hear the sound in the day time in the room. except the racing sound , all okay ( also i was in the season of lombok F1 racing )
