JM Hotel was a in a great location, though it was in a cheaper part of town the Hotel was fantastic, restaurant and bar prices matched those in the immediate area and were great value. The pool was great and, generally, the facilities were adequate. The staff were very friendly and took the time to call us by name.

The WiFi was patchy, we found that we could only connect from the dining area, also the internet was via a corporate portal, which we found tiresome. The TV seemed to be operating on analog channels only and was fuzzy and full of noise.

Good range of accommodation choices; the slightly quirky rooms in the front building, the rooms by the pool, and the individual bungalows out the back (our fave option). Bathtubs are a nice feature in the bungalows. Beds comfy and cosy (clean sheets, cosy duvets). AC works well (no fans, though). Good choices on the menu for breaky (nasi goreng, muesli, eggs, 'big breaky', fluffy pancakes, toast, etc). The pool is clean & refreshing. The gardens are pleasant, and there's a feeling of spaciousness around this place. Staff are lovely. We've stayed here a few times. JM's is simple, no frills, but good value for money, in a practical location. Easy walk eastward to Kuta front beach (via a delicious coffee at Mushroom Espresso) & to the west to Kuta main street (shops, cafes, restaurants, etc).

It's not a new or boutique hotel, so as can be expected, some areas (tiles, grout, corners, etc) aren't sparkling clean. But the staff work well with what they've got. It's generally clean overall.

Fantastic location and Deluxe Rooms huge 😁 I got upgraded by Amy (Reception) to a Bungalow out the back very beautiful gardens. Amy at Reception so helpful and great English she was always very bubbly and happy and loves her job and work colleagues 🙏 Gave me advice on where to go so helpful 😁🙏 Breakfast very good 👍

They want their customers to be satisfied and will do all what they can if you complain a little bit. They upgraded me in a better room the 2d night as I had no water the day before and served me a real fruit juice and added a 2d egg and some margarine after I had found their orange juice was only sugar and colorant and just one egg and chewy toasts was not correct.

Awesome stay, room was big enough for my daughter to crawling around, we had a balcony room which is facing the pool and it was beautiful view from up there :)., staff was very kind and very helpful .. food is tasty too :) . Thank you guys for having us ..

To improve the facilities, the rooms should have a more maintenance / painting and decorating, drain cleaned, and shower head descaled regularly. Swimming pool also need attention, as the water is murky.

The staff is incredibly nice. They helped us with everything, from help hiring a driver to finding a laundry service or arranging a fair price. Desi, thanks sooo much for all your help! The facilities are very nice, the swimming pool is always clean and the small spa area is a very nice touch. The breakfast area is great and the breakfast provided was very complete, with several options for foreigners as the amazing banana pancake! The room is very comfortable and both, room and bathroom are bigger than expected and count with all necessary amenities. Finally, the hotel is positioned in a perfect area, very close to the beach and to the restaurant area.

It's really great place to spent time during my holiday. The hotel is super nice, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's my first time in kuta lombok and very lucky to stay at JM Hotel. The location is very easy to find. Also from the hotel to the beach is not far, in front of hotel, there is many small shop for by souvenir from Lombok. The last one, the spa is very nice. And the restaurant very recommended if you want try local food. Thank you so much JM Hotel! I am promise to come back on my next holiday😊
