We chose a standard room for just one night, but in that short time, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendliness of the hotel staff. I loved everything; it felt like no detail was overlooked. The polite and smiling staff at the reception, the pleasantly scented lobby, the immaculately clean rooms equipped with everything you need – everything was perfect. In the evening, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was an amazing experience with a great atmosphere, live music, and a poolside terrace. Despite the hotel being quite busy, the staff managed to give personal attention to every guest. I must highlight the breakfast, which was a true buffet made from high-quality products. This is a top-level hotel that I would be delighted to return to. Outstanding.

we had one night in this hotel, because we were choosing between long layover in Tashkent or additional night in the hotel near the airport. Considering that we chose this hotel because it is really 10 min taxi ride to the airport. Also the breakfast was one of the best we had in Uzbekistan. There was everything standard you can think of but also red fish (which is really rare to have for breakfast not only in Uzbekistan but the whole Central Asia), really great cottage cheese pancakes (syrniki) and eclairs. The room was good and the staff were kind enough handling a situation with our noisy neighbours.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a couple of years old and the facilities are in very good shape. The room are nice and the beds comfortable. The restaurant is excellent though not very local - the chef is good.

Start serving breakfast at 7.30 am (and being strict about it) is too late if you have business meetings in the morning. The Tashkent traffic is problematic and the hotel is located out of the centre (but close to the airport and the railway station).

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and tidy, the bed comfortable, the furniture useful. The gym was outstanding, very well equiped, clean, well maintained.

The doorlocks are the most horrible traps in case of a hotel fire. The door must be electronically opened also when leaving the room. Then the door must first be pushed and then pulled although it has a handel. I am sure many guests will be barbecued in their rooms when this hut burns. Otherwise all absolutely fine.

This is a very new property. Everything is spotlessly clean and lovely. The restaurant is fantastic (the most delicious meal I've had in Tashkent and with wonderful live music from Los Amigos) and the spa and hammam are gorgeous. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms are laid out beautifully. The location is great, only a short distance from the airport and main train station and an easy walk to the bustling Mirabod area and bazaar. Breakfast is excellent. Having stayed at all the 5 star hotels in Tashkent many times, Oscar Boutique Hotel has facilities equal to all of them at a fraction of the cost. It will be my go-to hotel in Tashkent in the future.

Everything was fine: good breakfast, pool, clean rooms, comfortable beds (mattress is of medium hardness, I like a little harder, but it was quite okay for me), several sizes of pillows to choose. I had several bookings and stayed more than two weeks overall. Well equipped gym where you can actually work out. Nice in-premise restaurant and lobby bar. Quite good wifi. location close to the airport (not noisy at all, but you can quickly get to/from the airport (about 15 min drive). Taxi is cheap in the city, so you can get anywhere in 15-20 min by car to any point.

Pool music could be better (or no music would be good too, sometimes if was a little annoying)

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were very polite and positive. Great sauna that makes you feel special. Nice breakfast with nice guys. Each item in the hotel was premium. Thank you, guys!

Very nice place to stay in summer time…swimming pool area is very beautiful… Bed is so big in deluxe room! You can sleep easy with two children! Aircon works good! So many channels on TV! Restaurant works till 03:00 a.m. Airport is 15 minutes closed by!

Water you have to buy…breakfast is good but not many choices for such a hotel…not special national cakes or bakery or waffles or pancakes for children

Very modern, clean, comfortable hotel. We had some time to kill while waiting for a flight and we relaxing next to the excellent pool. The gym is very good also with modern equipment and dumbells.

No significant problems. The hotel is outside the center of the city, so a taxi is required to visit the city center attractions.

The hotel is relatively new and has a classy design. The rooms are beautiful and spacious enough. The beds are very comfortable. Nice bathroom furbished with Roberto Cavalli beauty products. The restaurant has good food options. I particularly appreciated the beautiful pool area. Breakfast was really good and the chef at breakfast was polite and friendly.

Mixed feelings about staff friendliness and customer service. Half the front desk staff and waiters were not very friendly, limit rude. Some employees were really nice but others left me with a bad impression about the hotel. I also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the kitchen was very slow. It took 35 min to receive my salad during lunch and 45 min to get pasta in the evening. The pool closes way too early, at 6pm. It would be nice to get the chance to swim in the evening.
