Well kept hotel with excellent industrious staff. Warm and comfortable, which adds to the charm. Ideal location for visit to Canary Wharf. Good breakfast selection.

Paying extra for parking as a booked guest. Quality of some breakfast food, Apple juice & jams.

I can recommend the hotel. Classic Holiday inn. :-) We had a very nice stay here for 5 days, with my wife and adult daughter. daughter was happy with the birthday decorations. thank you to Miss Manager Nioca :-)¨ All the staff were very pleasant and smiling and helpful. The room is over 20m2 (incorrectly written 12m2 on the booking) and is nice, clean and bright. You also have individual air conditioning here. electrical sockets I need an EU adapter, but each also has two classic USB ports (USB C no) Double bed for 2 people OK, approx. 1.5m wide and comfortable. (I am 193 cm tall, my wife is 176 cm tall). comfortable high mattresses. Also the sofa bed was OK for 1 adult or 2 children. Every day clean fragrant towels and bath towels and cleaning. There is quality soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Kettle,cups, tea, coffee in the room. Large LCD TV, ideal for watching the Olympics I was a little worried about the surroundings of the hotel when ordering, but it's completely OK and safe and about 5-6 minutes away, preferably via the Yurta cafe. The hotel is 2 stops by subway from the center from the Tower. When planning your trip, it's good to know that the Bank and Monument stations are the same :-) google maps don't know that. Very good breakfast. baked ham, beans, sausage, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, toast, and sweet croissants, muffins, fruit (banana, apple, orange, tangerine), yogurt, juices... Vending machines for good coffee and cappuccino, including takeaway packaging .(great:-) we recommend

It was a bit challenging locating the Hotel, but that was because it was late and dark, so walking from the train station was a bit tricky, and the scaffolding in front from the renovation work didn't help. It would have been nice to have something at the train station pointing in the Hotel direction or as a means of communicating with the hotel incase of difficulty locating the place. But by the time we settled in, i didn't even remember the stress of getting in or the renovation work. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb - fresh, full of variety and of course a buffet. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I find myself in the area, i would definitely book the hotel again (I really hope the new fasade will match the nice service when they are done with the renovation)

We have stayed here on a previous trip, and the standard this time was equally high. The hotel is within walking distance of the DLR which makes it easy to access central London. Unfortunately the line was closed for two of our days this time, and the bus is a lot less convenient, but this is not within the hotel's control obviously. The rooms are not big when the sofa bed is made up, but there is enough space for three. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. There are plenty of breakfast choices available.

There's not much to improve on. My only comment would be that they probably need to keep a closer eye on the food quantities during the busier periods at breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of DLR Limehouse Station, with central London accessible in just 15-20 minutes via a transfer at Bank Station. The rooms are spacious, and the beds comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The breakfast area feels too small and becomes especially crowded during school holidays when many guests are families with children, making it less comfortable and efficient. The breakfast is basic and could be much better. Whenever the first-floor kitchen is in use, an unpleasant odour flows through the air-conditioning vents into the rooms at the back of the hotel, forcing us to keep the window open to ventilate the room.

Clean, good location, comfortable

We had a problem checking into our rooms - which involved me having to be on the phone sending my passport over the phone to front desk, so that Alex and Sophie could check into the rooms. After a long days work it wasnt exactly a hugely positive welcome to have to navigate Holiday Inn Policy to make it into the space! For the benefit of others if you are booking for someone else you need to have their names attached to the booking. (Whether Holiday Inn can look at their policy to understand that sometimes you are booking rooms blind (ie knowing you need x number of rooms but at that point dont know who will be staying)

(1) Location was decent (2) Staff provided excellent & exemplary customer service. The Day Shift Staff with Hajni & Karoline was exceptional, The Night Shift Staff with Alice was phenomenal! Moreover, Iara & Shahida did an excellent job taking care of us with respects to the breakfast.

Some of the staff's behavior was questionable. Mohammed was acting weird and his staring made me uncomfortable. Abdul kept clearing off my table when I would simply get up to get something to drink, that was very annoying and irritating - it led me to believe that he wanted me out of the dining area for some odd reason.

Rooms were ok

We made a reservation to have only 1 full bed, and that was on the web when we reserved it. When we arrived to have the room, they gave us a room with 2 single beds. In our anniversary, I was very disappointed, then the hotel had 300 tourists and had 1 Elevator working. WHAT A SHAME!!! The front desk employees don't know anything, we asked about attractions near the hotel and transportation and don't know, need to be more proactive, then I asked for crewscork and did not have nothing, WHAT A SHAME FOR A HOTEL LIKE THIS WITH A LOT OF TOURISTS

We stayed here for 3 nights and every thing was perfect. The hotel is located 10mins walking distance from DLR station, so it was very convenient for us to travel to main sights of attraction within 30-40mins. The rooms were quite spacious and were provided with kettle, iron board. The bathroom was also clean and good. The breakfast spread was nice..there was hot food section with sausages, potato hash brownies, egg, veggies etc. The staff were very very helpful and friendly and made the stay very nice! I would specially like to thank Mr. Sadik and Ms. Alicia/Alice for decorating or room for our wedding anniversary, it was a beautiful surprise :)

Good value for money, simple but nice breakfast, comforrable beds, big shower, decent size tv, ketlle in the room with tea and coffee. Close to underground station, comfortable to get to the city.

What we didn’t like that you can hear everything from the colidors when people walk past your room or close the door for their rooms, when they talk etc. The doors shoule be more sound proof. The first night we had a terrible people next door, they were running at the colidors, speaking lound, walking to each other rooms every 5min and closing the doors loudly. We didn’t have much sleep that night. I would say it’s ok for short stay.
