The location is great, close to the center, easy to reach the Cathedral and all the museums on foot, it's close to all shopping areas, in a safe area. We had a large room, in a quiet area, with comfortable beds, and a spacious wardrobe, and the bathroom was clean, with a good shower. The breakfast is great, with many options, meats, vegetables, and fruit. The location and breakfast are their main advantages, we were also happy with the beds.

It's not a three star hotel really. We didn't have soap in the bathroom, we bought one at the store. The bathroom had a funky smell. We also didn't have glasses in the room to drink water, so we asked for two glasses at the reception. A very apathetic gentleman said they don't have glasses. We asked: in the entire hotel, you don't have two glasses? (they had a restaurant near the lobby). With the tone of a bored teenager he said: you can take two paper cups from that table, in the corner of the lobby. That's customer service for you.

The hotel was centrally located for the tourist attractions in the town and fairly close to the family we were visiting.

The hotel agreed to provided a packed breakfast on our departure day and were specifically told not to include any meat. We were extremely disappointed to discover that both sets of sandwiches contained meat products. Also they managed to booked our taxi request twice and the evening receptionist didn't pass the message onto the morning receptionist who didn't understand what we said and booked it again - the taxi driver complained to us on reaching the airport about this.

Although they have parking spots, in high season or special dates it may happen that there are no available places. So it is a bit uncomfortable to park safely in a public underground parking nearby. Anyway as soon as there was an available spot, the staff did let me know and I parked my car under the hotel. At least the bathtub might need a renovation. The rest of the room and toilet are all okay.

Great location, very near the city center. Concierge staff were all very nice and helpful, all in all good. Nothing fancy, but a nice good basic stay

Sometimes it had an odour, heating and room phone not always working. Nothing too seriois tho...

Great location and very clean. Reception is open 24h and they have underground parking. If you need water you can buy at reception.

When we arrived we said we had a booking and we needed parking spot. We were told we didn’t have a booking, I have to show my booking ID from the app. When we went to park we realized our car was bigger than the parking spot so we parked in the Hotel designated space next to it. The same person that told me I didn’t have a booking told me that space wasn’t theirs and needed to move our car but after arguing that it has a Hotel sign, that person checked in their system and of course it was theirs. I wouldn’t mind all this if it wasn’t 03:00am after driving hours.

The staff was very attentive. The location is perfect: in the city centre, a walking distance from the main points of interest, with many facilities around. The cleanliness is excellent.

Regulating the heating was a bit complicated.

Spacious bedroom & bathroom. Availability of underground car park. The location was ideal for the city centre (20 mins walk) & (30 mins) to football stadium. Both easier to access with tram 1 minute from hotel.

Reception and dining room dated, although reception staff were excellent.

It was good. I only wanted a room to sleep for the night. So I didn't have too much time spent there.

I would have liked to have breakfast included in the price I paid. It wasn't

Staff is very helpful, especially Vicente, Virginia, Marlene and the beautiful lady at the cafeteria.

Air Conditioning controlled by staff, room to warm. Night shift staff not to helpful about this issue.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is being renovated. We haven't tried the breakfast buffet, but had breakfast for 4.40€ at the cafeteria which is part of the hotel and which was great

There was construction happening during the day. We could move into a different room where the noise wasn't as bad, however, that room was closer to the street (Gran Vía) and didn't have double windows, so there was noise at night. The WiFi wasn't particularly strong.
