The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location was convenient for all the touristic attraction. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff polite.

I didn't like that the room wasn't warn enough.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, we had an early flight and arrived at around 9.30 in the morning to the hotel to leave our bags but Nicolas at reception welcome us and let us check in at that time, he was a very nice guy and very pleasant. our room had all the necessary and was very clean. We will definitely come back

But dairy was fantastic and so was the choice of teas (didn't check the coffees). The room was for two persons. Incredibly small, as they always are in London but well designed and with a very nice bathroom ensuite. My room as well as the hotel in general was just sparkling clean. One can't ask for more. All the staff was nice and ready to help; in particular the Latvian receptionist called Maria. She just was extraordinary.

As always in London, hotels are VERY expensive but it is true yours does not go above average at all.

Excellent location. Very close to Moorgate station, walking distance to bus stops, pubs, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast options are limited but at the same time adequate.

A place to put the luggage would have been nice. I can imagine it would be difficult for older folks to sort out their belongings with the luggage on the floor. The cleaning was unnecessarily noisy. The sound of the machine is understandable, but does the lady have to make so much noise dragging the chairs, pulling the vacuum cleaner, forcefully moving the vacuum head so it makes noise everytime it hits the floor..

The staff were really friendly and attentive. The decor in the room was modern and quite funky. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

Although we deliberately booked the smaller room, it was very cramped for two people. I don't think we were expecting it to be quite that small. Barely larger than the bed that was in it and the lack of a window didn't help matters. Reminded us of our uni days living in student halls. The lifts were quite slow as only one of them was working at the time and it kept stopping on the 2nd floor for some reason. We also had an unwanted wake up call at 9 reminding us of check out even though check out wasn't until 11.

The location was perfect. We were walking distance to the Tower Bridge and so so close to Liverpool Street Station and Moorgate Underground. We had no problem getting around the city. It is close to bars, activities, coffee shops, food shops and a nice little park. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff were really lovely. The view from the window was also quite pleasant. The availability of mirrors in the room, including full length, was incredible for two girls getting ready to go out!

The room was very small. The soap also had a very peculiar smell. No tea or coffee in the rooms isn’t ideal, but okay for the price.

Clean, fresh, modern, well-designed to provide all you needed in a small space, very comfy bed (best night's sleep in a while), plenty of sockets including usb, mock window meant it didn't seem windowless, nice bathroom (Villeroy & Bosch no less!), efficient helpful staff. Excellent value for London and very handy for my nearby meeting.

It's such a minor thing, but the shower head could have done with decalcifying and it would have been nice to have had a bit more shelving on the window side of the bed, but they really are such minor points in comparison to a very comfy and great value stay.

Location was perfect. Only 8 min to the Moorgate Station and one can easily take a walk if not in a hurry from Liverpool Station to the Hotel. The staff were very v friendly/Hospitable. I especially give thanks to Clara, Shahid, Natalya and last but not least Alya! They really made my stay perfect.

I arrived quite early around 10:30 am and I know there’s no early check in I still feel it should be a possibility for ppl trying to enjoy the short time there the EASE to check in earlier. Nevertheless they have a Storage Room BUT it costs 3 pounds!!! I feel the least they can do is not CHARGE. I also dint like paying extra for a charger because they use the 3 way not a 2 way.

Great location and perfect place to rest your head for the night. It had everything we needed. We will keep it in mind for future London stays. The room was small, but it suited our needs perfectly. We were two colleagues sharing a room after our Christmas party, and so didn't need more than a bed each and a shower, and we didn't expect more either. But we were really happy with what we got. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was large with great water pressure. The entire hotel was clean and nicely furnished. The room didn't have a window, but the decor made it seem light and airy anyway. It is a basic hotel, but it has absolutely everything you could want.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is basic but for the price (we're talking London here!) it's great! Good location, secure, well-lit etc. Short walk to Barbican, St.Pauls, Clerkenwell, City etc etc.

Our twin room was tiny, and required my friend and I to carefully manouevre around each other to get around! The bathroom too had frosted glass and no lock, and sliver of a window did nothing to offset the slight claustrophobia of the room. However, for the price it's a good, basic, place to crash (single beds are ok), so I'm not complaining. We just wanted to go to a gig at the Barbican, and for that it was excellent, and I'd use it again over the other hugely overpriced hotels in the area.
