I stayed in a top floor suite for one night on new years with my husband and we loved it! Everything was spotless, staff was wonderful and the hotel was tastefully decorated. Our absolute favourite part was the steam shower in our room, it was to die for!! The double bed is huge and very comfy. It was too windy for us to take full advantage of the balcony, but it's big and really lovely, and would be so relaxing in summer.

The mini bar and snacks in the room were super expensive. I also wish the free tea and coffee station in the room had offered hot chocolate satchels too. We didn't try the breakfast as there was no menu available in our room or in the lobby, and after looking it up online the selection seemed quite limited and pricey.

Great stay. Friendly staff. We arrived early thinking we'd just be able to drop our bags, however our room was ready which was a lovely surprise. Our room was on the 6th floor. Lovely and quiet! Huge bed. Great size bathroom. Plenty of plugs and charge points. Even a wireless charger. Great supply of toiletries. Lovely steam shower...although water pressure was a bit meh. Really relaxing stay. Not slept that well in ages!

The room was lacking a decent full length mirror. There's one on the inside of the wardrobe door, but it's an obscured reflection so really hard to actually see yourself!

The property is beautifully designed with expensive furniture.

Super comfortable beds, great daily housekeeping that somehow never interrupted us and discreetly made up the room whenever we left the hotel. High-quality toiletries and luxurious experience - overall, great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very centrally located.

Some staff experiences were a bit odd - our group of friends traveling together (4 people total, 2 people/room) also stayed at the Mondrian, and one night we had them over in our hotel room hanging out (total of 6 people, not a party by any means). We were being quiet and just watching TV/talking but after a visible smoke break where the front desk people saw us all hanging out together, management came up to our room and told us everyone had to go back to their own rooms (?) which was an odd request, felt a little like summer camp and being told it was bedtime instead of being functioning adults paying for a hotel room.

The service on Reception at check in was good, and also in the Conference/Private Dining Room. Bibo Restaurant was exceptionally good - service and food.

I had to ask for the water in my room to be replenished on the 2nd and 3rd night, and it was way too hot in the gym! The bathroom was a great size, and well appointed but the bedroom was a strange shape which meant that the bed took up most of the space and restricted movement around the room to an extent - not a major issue, but it was a niggle.

Room had a really nice aesthetic and was comfortable. Really enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom. Check in was smooth and it was walking distance to some Shoreditch nightlife / dining, which was great.

Went to the rooftop restaurant. The food was okay, nothing amazing, but convenient to have a couple of dining options in the space. Wish there was a tube station close by to make it easier to get around to other parts of the city

The location is excellent , near main line transport at Liverpool Street( a ten minute walk), but with other good connections across London, on buses, tube and overground. Spitalfields market close by. Modern style, great dining options in the hotel. The young staff were all excellent.

The room was very modern and well equipped . The room was a strange shape,and the gap between the foot of the bed and the wall was about 12 inches.

Lovely rooms, bar and facilities. Really feels high quality from the lifts and foyer to the TV and steam shower in our room.

We were on the second floor- above an incredibly noisy nightclub with a door banging constantly. If you are going to stay here make sure you are on floor 3 or courtyard/inward facing to avoid this. The staff moved our room for us and took very good care of us and were very apologetic about the noise, which we really appreciated.

Amazing hotel! The rooms were very spacious, with two seperate double beds and plenty of space to move around. The beds and pillows were one of the most comfortable we experienced on our European holiday. The bathroom was also very functional, with a large basin, heated floors and large shower. The hotel staff were very helpful, giving recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The hotels rooftop is also a nice place to wind down at the end of the day. Location wise, the hotel is walking distance to a few underground stations and markets. Plenty of pubs and restaurants are also nearby.

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel is beautiful, just minutes away from Spitalfields market and all the shopping, eating and entertainment options you could want. The pool and upstairs restaurant are great and the staff were really friendly. Really comfortable bed, clean room, steam shower.

Only minor critique is that no slippers are provided along with the robes so we didn’t have any appropriate footwear to wear by the pool.
