Great location, easy to find.

We booked some time ago and had breakfast included I. The price - however they no longer offer breakfast and we have been given an e-mail address to contact the manager at to get this part refunded.

The room was beautiful with modern wood paneling giving it a crisp clean appearance. Very spacious for a NYC hotel room with a big bathroom & full tub! Roof top area has a great view of the Empire State building. The staff was super nice & helpful.

Grab & go breakfast wasn't really "go". There were no bags for us to take it with us. There isn't much to not like about this hotel, though!!

The location of hotel is excellent. Between Lexington and 5th Avenue. Very close to metro. The hotel rooms are very pleasant and clean. The breakfast is a "grap and go" (coffee and tea, croissants and muffins, some fruits). We will come back.

The only thing which I did not like that Booking.com charged us for breakfast, while breakfast was for free. We pay several euro more for option with breakfast, while the persons who chose without breakfast, got the same service. I felt disappointed with this approach.

Location, location, location! It was absolutely fabulous, Times Square and Rockefeller center were within walking distance plus accesses to lines E, M, F, N, Q, R, 4, 5 and 6 were max five minutes away from the hotel. Walking back from Times or from bars on 3rd Av in the evening was not a problem since neighborhood is quite safe. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, room was cleaned every single day. During check in we asked for "a room with a view", staff was ultra nice and they gave us a room on 12th floor (almost no noise coming from the street and from the next-door construction site), since no rooms with a view were available. Built-in (wall) closet was cool as it saved some space in otherwise not very big room. The big, shared terrace seemed really cool although we did not spend a lot of time there (we were out since early morning till the evening each day and weather in evenings was not the best) BUT I believe it's a totally different story during summer nights. Before visiting (but only after booking) I read experiences / reviews mentioning i) an extra, hidden, mandatory fee for the gym and conference center and ii) a fee for luggage storage; neither is true. There is absolutely no gym/conference center - related fee, nor there is a surcharge for storing the luggage (as long as you pick it up the same day).

There is no breakfast at all on weekends, then on Monday there was nothing as well (they said there were some issues with delivery) and on all other days, only apples and coffee were available after 9 AM. Staff told us they usually offer croissants and sweet pastries so it's not really a real, continental breakfast - it's more of a grab and go kind of thing. There was not much sunlight in the room, but I'd say that's normal & expected in NYC. Hotel does show signs of tear and wear (although room we stayed in was more than good!) but it still offers good value for money.

The room was small but comfortable. Probably the quietest room I've ever had in New York.

Check in seemed rushed. They need to be more flexible with check in time. I called to see if I could possibly check in a little early and got a very terse reply "no". As a business traveler it's sometimes important to maybe get access to a shower after a long flight. Also they should have some access to water. There wasn't even a cup to drink out of the tap. I found out after the fact that there was a water dispenser on the 12th floor but you needed your own bottle or cup. Something that would have been nice to know upon check in.

Location was good and close to subway. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. Muffins and pastries for breakfast were handy.

I asked for a room with a nice view as it was my daughters 30th and we were given a low floor room overlooking a building site!!!’

Location is awesome. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was kind to us. Especially thanks to Erdal. He was really kind. Room was clean and everyday they clean the room. It was really nice to see room is clean and organised after traveling around the city and come tired to the room. They also put every time new coffee and cups also they have a decaf coffee option in the room with coffee machine. Also If it is your first time in US and a security doubts I didn’t feel insecure in the hotel. It was safe.

Keep in that mind you should pay security deposit when you arrived here it is 150 dollars and you should pay it with your credit card. Credit card should be with your name. Room is really small. I couldn’t even open my large luggage in the room. If you are coming from Europe probably will surprised about the breakfast. On booking it says breakfast included but It is just grab and go. There are muffins, fruits and some bakery products. They put really small amount of product to serve so they put the new ones after the ones finished. That’s why probably you will wait for the new ones If you won’t catch the right moment. Coffee also runs out every 10 mins and you should also wait for coffee if you visit here at the busy time. Also bakery products are not fresh.

the location is terrific. You can walk to so many areas in Manhatten and it is very close to Central Park, something important to me

You are asked to pay an additional fee to access wifi and also a snack breakfast. It is USD40 and it wasn't clear when booking. This is mandatory also. Also, there is a great terrace but not even tables to sit at.

We arrived at the hotel early and they were able to let us in our room 2 hours before check-in. The facility is modern and very clean overall. Room and bathroom are very very spacious - which is not easy to find in New York - bed, pillows, shower and everything was super comfortable. Location is great - away from the Times Square chaos but still walking distance to a lot of places including TS, 5th Avenue, St. Patricks Church, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, and more.

Missed having a small fridge in the bedroom. They charge $5 per bag to hold them after check-out.

The staff and location - fabulous. Really friendly and in a great spot. There is no traffic noise on the higher floors. Good sized bathroom, with a bath. The view from the top floor of the Chrysler Building is breathtaking. 5th Avenue, Central Park, Empire State all a short walk away.

Noisy air con. It’d be good to be able to open windows just enough to let some air in. The rooms are quite small but this is New York, we have to accept space is a premium. No fault of the hotel but Booking.com didn’t pay for our room in time for our arrival which was irritating. Luckily the hotel were really helpful and kind and let us have the room anyway. Luckily the money came through the next day but stressful arrival and booking.com’ s fault.
